Word on the street is the quality of the food you get on any given day really depends on the current cook in the back. I expect that is true for most places and what we ordered was hit and miss. Several things we ordered were good to decent and several others were almost not edible(roll of the dice). The service was good and the waitress was fun. If your local you will know what to choose or not, if your from out of town... ask a local.
Breakfast all day. Nice little diner in the middle of, well, nowhere. Had Pancakes and sausage. The service was a bit slow. But I guess that's how they roll in the middle of nowhere.

First, Gordon Nebraska is my mom's home town. I've been here on and off for over 50 years. My cousins still live here and I come to visit. Antelope Creek Cafe is not fine dining but the food is always pretty good. They do simple food well. I usually come for breakfast. Most of the time I have gotten quick service. They are always pleasant and it's got a small town feel. I recommend and I always come here at least once when I am in town.
