Waited 25minutes for just a Sundae. They pulled me forward, too worried about times to bother to get my Sundae at the window. I understand being short-staffed but the fact that I had to go inside to get it after waiting 25 minutes was not okay with me.

Waited at front counter for 5 minutes and no one ever assisted me. Used the kiosk to order my food. I selected dine in as my option.I took a number to my table and waited.A few minutes later my number was shouted out and was bagged for carryout.Another customer came in to order at the counter and still no one ever came to register.Poor poor service

One staff member took our order and that experience was good. When my children had to use the bathroom I wanted to let them know we were leaving our food on the table unattended so they didn't throw it out. 3 different staff members behind the counter acted like they didn't see us in front of the counter as they stood there talking at the register.

Serving sizes has shrunk too much. I consumed my fish sandwich in two bites. My peanut butter McDuffy was consumed in just a few strokes of the spoon. I won't dine at McDonald's anytime soon after spending that kind of money.
