Love this place. The owner is a wonderful woman that makes you feel at home with home cooked meals and always gives you plenty to eat. The food is delicious. Love to eat there.
Overall a good experience. The food we ordered was quite good. It was just the one lady there. I assume the owner. So it was a little slow, but she was working hard and was pleasant. The restaurant was excessively quiet, a little background music would have been nice. It felt a little awkward. Overall a good experience. I loved all her plants too.
Lisa is a hero!
We stopped by on our way from Alabama to Idaho. Our family of 6 was immediately seated and the food was fantastic!
I was impressed that she was running it by herself and yet the wait was very short.
The food was delicious and we were so thrilled that we had this experience.
So glad that Subway was closed!!!

Lisa's Kitchen | Chinese is a great little place just off the highway, offering a break from fast food junk while traveling. The restaurant is super cute, both outside and inside, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lisa is a one-person show—host, chef, and server—and the service is top notch. The food is delicious and authentic, with generous portions. The egg rolls are the best, crispy and flavorful. Other menu items like steamed dumplings, wonton, and eggrolls all taste delightful. The egg drop soup is deliciously rich, and the garlic beef has a good spice level. The chicken pad Thai comes topped with lots of fresh Thai basil. Everything seems made, prepped, and cooked by Lisa. The restaurant is quiet with no blaring TVs, featuring photos of family. It is a solid choice for Chinese food, well worth the drive.
