Stopped in while we were traveling through. They messed up the order, took it to the back. After several minutes brought back the plate cold and said I could keep this plate and they’d remake the part that was wrong. We explained we had to go and to cancel the order. They refused to do so. The servers tried to make it right, but the kitchen refused. Poor customer service. Next time we will go to Runza.

Got a to go order so no chips and salsa first time ever I have ordered a to go order at a Mexican restaurant and didn’t get chips and salsa with to go order. Won’t be back to this restaurant drive alittle farther for better food and service.

Food was great but service not so much. My wife and I saw they had bread for sale, 4 dollars a loaf. The issue was they didn’t have change for a 20 so I asked the lady if I could tried it out for 2 10s out of the other draw and she told me no even tho, the plan was to leave a 10 dollar tip. So I’m sorry to the blond girl for not leaving a tip but my 20 dollar bill was too big to break. We will call in orders from now on.

Usually this is my favorite spot. I go there 2 to 3 times a week. I usually bring all 6 of my employees. Today I brought one of my mexican employees in to get some carnitas. The new waitress took my order of asada tacos and I asked her to crisp the tortillas instead of soggy warm corn tortilla. She said that would just be a fried taco and I said yes. I also might add that I own a taco truck. She brings us 2 thin steaks. I said no we ordered tacos. We asked if she can fix it and just make tacos out of the well done skirt steaks that we didnt order but were given. I was told no. I asked if Manny was cooking, she said she didnt know who was cooking. She told the manager that she asked me twice if I wanted steak ( a lie). Then told me they don't have tacos on the menu. A mexican joint with no tacos? Especially since i ordered the same meal the day before. Who do u think said carnitas wrong? a guy with a taco truck and my sidekick from literal mexico city where his father runs a carnitas shop? Or the first day hire that is so white she never read the menu? So I was forced to pay $40 for a burnt steak that I never touched. Instead of just fixing the issue and giving me a damn taco. Do better you were the only good place to eat in town. Disappointed to say the least, our trucks won't be parked there again if they can't take a simple taco order, and are unwilling to fix it then charge me $20 per plate for something we didn't eat or order!
