On June 18th at around 4:00, I had a fantastic experience at Amigos in Grand Island. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Amigos is a staple. I am glad to see it open. Food was good. Service was friendly. Dropped a star just because of the lack of remodel. I also miss the sauce bar they had. Overall good experience. Prices are up a bit but that's everywhere.
Grew up coming to this location and loved it every time. Came recently and was sad to find out they started changing 55 cents for their ranch/nacho cheese which was free before. I think this lessens my desire to come here anymore. Especially because the worker who filled up the cheese only filled it 2/3 full. She wasn’t very pleasant either.The food is still the same which is slightly above average tex mex.
