Ok I'm from out of town and this by far is the WORST BASKIN ROBBINS the young girl was sweet so this review is no reflection on her I wanted a waffle cone and told they just ran out okay here is my beef I was looking at the waffle maker thinking why are you not making more since the person in the drive through asked for one to!If this was a Dq you can bet they would have been making more second the sugar cone was STALE that is uncalled for people paying for a quality product...
Visited this location a few times and every time they have been so incredibly wonderful. Every person was attentive friendly and considerate. Paid attention to little details they could personalize they were just great. They need a scanner thing tho ;)
Ice cream has always been good here, although I have not done the drive thru since I like to see my ice cream before I decide because I don’t like it to be too soft. My favorite ice cream in Grand Island!!
