We were there and had an order of 8 items of which 1 was forgotten. We called as soon as we got home. We were told, we could have our name put down for a free medium blizzard but must be used within 30 days or would be put in the trash. I attempted to let them know this has become a norm at the location only to be told, "Well we are busy so remember that" and then hung up on!!!
