Unable to order donuts at their Grand Island, NE location.
I do not recommend anything from this place. Customer service is awful, didn’t even seem honest about their mistake. Smirk, after I left & tried to blame DoorDash for their mistake!
The staff here is ridiculously rude especially in the drive-thru! Every time I have gone to this location the staff is very unpleasant and you can clearly tell they don't want to be there. As a customer I shouldn't feel bad for wanting to order a coffee before work. The amount of rude snarky comments I have received just for ordering a coffee (and I usually order ahead) is mind blowing. Needs some customer service training.
