Always like stopping at different Dunkin’s across the different states when traveling on the east the past couple years. It’s interesting how each store carries different doughnuts then another. The staff yesterday could use customer service classes if they even exist these day. I gat a caramel iced coffee large and I was shocked by the price! The first drink I was like okay not bad then however after that it tasted different. It had a bad after taste and I did not care for it at all. I did try to order a breakfast sandwich but the oven was broken. It took a while to get my coffee and the person in front of me as well. For one coffee drink? I think it was crazy!

The staff here is ridiculously rude especially in the drive-thru! Every time I have gone to this location the staff is very unpleasant and you can clearly tell they don't want to be there. As a customer I shouldn't feel bad for wanting to order a coffee before work. The amount of rude snarky comments I have received just for ordering a coffee (and I usually order ahead) is mind blowing. Needs some customer service training.
