I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
Had breakfast at Burlington NJ location today. Waited 2 minutes to be seated. less than 10 customers, so not busy. Tyhira D was the server not young man that seated me. She was polite & quick to take order. Put lemon on side with water just like I ask. Most places put lemon in water glass despite asking to be on the side. Little wait time 4 food. Ordered breakfast sampler. Eggs perfect & all meat. Hash browns crispy on outside but needed more cooking inside. Pancakes were bad....read full review

IHOP offers great food and atmosphere. Parking is ample and staff are friendly. The food is acceptable. Attention to cleanliness could be improved, with handprints on the front door and unclean silverware noted. Servers Kiya and Stephanie provided superb and attentive service, with Stephanie being apologetic and showing concern. Kiya was very sweet and attentive. The manager, Stephanie, checked on tables around them. Lisa, however, was rude and rushed, making customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and needs training. The kitchen may need more experienced cooks as servers were apologizing for food delays.
