I’ve been to this location plenty of times and every single time they are fantastic. The food is always out quick and tastes very fresh. Not mention the service is always top tier. They work as a team like a fast food place should be. You can tell that the GM isn’t like the other GMs from different fast food places since she isn’t ever sitting in her office like many others do, she is always up and helping all around the store. The rewards program is a joke if you pay cash you can't redeem them because you have to do it online and first you couldn't even scan points now you can but can't redeem them at the Grand Island Nebraska store anyway I was told I had to redeem online kinda not a rewards system at all or they need to train on how to use it
Food is always great, staff is usually good too. But today the lady was rude and treated me like I was a major inconvenience to her, just because I asked for extra sauce. I paid for it and then had to ask for what I paid for when I checked the bag and it wasnt there. I also asked for a diet Dr pepper and she gave me diet something but I'm not sure what, it was gross. If they don't have diet Dr pepper, she should've said that and I would've picked something...
