Calvin was the best employee I encountered EVER in my life time. He’s been there for 2 years and he’s still not a manager? Or at least a raise for the hard work he’s put up with for 2 years. SHOUT OUT CALVIN FOR THE HARD WORK!!!!
We love Auntie Anne’s pretzels! Really our biggest complaint is that you have to wait a long time in line, but being that it’s one of the few in Omaha area, it’s understandable. The pretzel dogs were a little burnt on the bottom but this was our first time trying those and overall really good!
Customer service could be better. Due to the small area of the store, it is very crowded in there when it is really busy. Some items do take time so they will be made fresh to order.
