Tried to order delivery from this restaurant and they did not send me the correct pizza, it was also extremely light on sauce so was very dry and also when I ordered a 2 liter of coke they figured a couple of 20oz and fountain drinks would be fine instead. That is not what I ordered. I would think twice before ordering from them considering the pizza quality and the lack of consistency in getting what I ordered.

I had a friend come up from Texas, and we both wanted italian, so I told her about basil's. We got there right at 11:00 when they were opening and that is the perfect time to go! Nice and quiet great atmosphere. For the food, she had the crispy chicken sandwich and added provolone. I had the penne vodka and added grilled chicken. Both of us really loved our food; it was hot, very delicious, and the price was really good. Our server Madison was so nice and friendly she even took our pictures with each of our phones without hesitation. She is definitely an asset to your company, 10 stars!

I've been in your restaurant numerous times walked in ask for booth there were four or five booths the girl said that the the server that has those boots wasn't in yet so we had to sit at a table didn't even realize there's a buffet our server didn't mention that to us my wife ordered a small personal Pizza vegetarian asked if she could have no artichokes on it I ordered a small artichoke bread and a beer that was on happy hour the girl came back and said you can't order that pizza without artichokes and my wife said can't you just tell him not to put artichokes on it she said okay the pizza showed up there was artichokes on it and they gave me a full order of the artichoke bread we got our check they charged me full price for the beer and they charge me the full price for the bread I told the waitress that I only ordered a half order and she was kind of disgusted with me she said I'll see what I can do she took half off on the beer but refuse to Discount the bread because she brought me a full order which I did not order she was very rude we used to come to your place a lot but I don't think we'll be back I have noticed in the last couple of times we've been in there we've had small issues if you care about your restaurant you might want to get a handle on that

Great all around!

Stopped into Basil's Italian with my family for dinner. The service was really good and our waiter was so friendly the whole time. The Italian beef wasn't my favorite and I probably wouldn't order it again. The pizza in the buffet was okay, but the pasta was kind of disappointing. Overall it wasn't terrible, just a little hit or miss food-wise.

The food is decent depending on what you order. The BBQ chicken pizza was my favorite that we tried. Some of the order was incorrect but the waitress was really nice and fixed it for us. The kids Alfredo had way too much black pepper. It was inedible even for me. The ice cream was alright. I really enjoyed the milkshake. This place is good for families - not too overwhelming for kids but not so fancy that kids can’t be a little noisy.

They put the pizza box sideways in a brown paper bag. So, when I got the pizza and opened it, all the toppings ripped off and came off half the pizza bread. This is my first experience with them. So a little on the fence.

Food portions are small for the price. Not impressive with the food. I could have made something very similar at home for a lot more food. Will not be ordering food here agin.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I came in with friends and family for my 30th birthday, and the whole staff was incredible. Our waitress was so kind and friendly including the staff members who looked like they were being trained. We were all blown away with the experience! The food is amazing and a great price, too!!! We will definitely be back, and soon!!!

I went for lunch. It wasn’t crowded, it was my first time. Had a plate of down home GF spaghetti and it was great. The waiter Kulter took a moment to get relax and smile but we made him do it and by the time we finished our meal, we were like old friends. 😁

We used to love five thirty one, we hoped the food was to continue being our top favourite pizza. NOPE, the pizza was awful, too much sauce and the taste was off. The essence of family owned local restaurant has been lost to mediocre ice cream and sub par pizza.

i had a sandwich and it was good sorta but my server ryan was the best i have had in such i long time from the second i walked in to the second i walked out i felt like i was welcome there because of her, she was nice, enthusiastic, ect. she really just made my day that much more better that i was able feel so happy and excited for the day. it was the greatest service i have had since i can remember. i expect big things from that girl and hope she lives to be as happy as she was there.
