I came in the store at 10:25 pm on 9/18/2023 and purchased 2 items. The lady who closed wasn't too happy with me purchasing something and then when I walked out she went straight to the door to escort me out and 2 other cars pulled up to purchase something and they closed up 35 mins early. That's ridiculous. You close at 11pm not 10:25. I looked at my cars clock and the doors locked at 10:28.
Everytime I got in there is no food in all three of the warmers for pizza slices, chicken, ETC. completely unacceptable. For the size of the building and amount of staff this should be getting done. Ashland does it better and more consistently than this store ever could. You guy really need to fix these problems. This is by far the worst Casey’s I have ever been to, ordered from, or been inside of. Ridiculous that you have to have regular people tell you how poorly you are failing...read full review

I sent my daughter in to get a little treat while I got gas, and the ladies working, Sherry, Carla, and Ally, were so kind, helpful and generous with her. She has a couple bandaged fingers, and they took note, and then went out of their way to help her. One of them even helped carry out her treats. Solid ladies, much appreciated :)
