They are absolutely the best one in Omaha. I have never had a bad meal here. Crew is amazing.

I understand they were short staffed however I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting for my food and when I got my food the cheese was thrown into the bag and spilled everywhere and my soda had no syrup in it so it was just carbonated water. The staff had no sense of urgency.

Staff was exceptional and polite, very professional. The food was definitely 5 star worthy. I normally don't like any sandwich toasted but the Philly steak was to perfection. Not crunchy, not soggy. The fries are perfectly seasoned, compli.enting the rest of the meal. The only part of the experience that didn't quite make 5 stars was the inside temp. A little bit on the chilly side which is not normally an issue I ever have. over all 5 stars and in my top 3 places to dine on a weeknight.

Had an issue with a mobile order not going through to the restaurant even though I was charged for the purchase. Went into the location and explained the situation to the manager and he made my order without any questions and didn’t double charge me.

My wife and I got dinner with fries. The fries where under done and a very small portion. Less than half the containor had fries in it.

Will NEVER return. Just blew a bunch of money to not get half the stuff I ordered on our food, or stuff being added on that couldn’t be eaten by that person. Being cut off while ordering. So insanely rude and rushed when NO ONE was there.
No wonder this place is dead all the time. Even after horrible storms everywhere else is packed- that should have told me enough alone.
Don’t make the mistake I have and return after the first bad experience, you’ll only be wasting your money.

These guys are great! There was a power outage and they got slammed with people. All of their employees were kind and clam. They handled the rush of people with proficiency and professionally, never getting worked up. I would highly recommend!
