Will NEVER return. Just blew a bunch of money to not get half the stuff I ordered on our food, or stuff being added on that couldn’t be eaten by that person. Being cut off while ordering. So insanely rude and rushed when NO ONE was there.
No wonder this place is dead all the time. Even after horrible storms everywhere else is packed- that should have told me enough alone.
Don’t make the mistake I have and return after the first bad experience, you’ll only be wasting your money.

These guys are great! There was a power outage and they got slammed with people. All of their employees were kind and clam. They handled the rush of people with proficiency and professionally, never getting worked up. I would highly recommend!

There was Grease on the trays but they thankfully took them all back to send them through the dishwasher. Really healthy meal, kind of expensive.

Super friendly people working when we stopped in, food was delicious, lacking on cleanliness. Bathroom and dining area needed done attention and they literally had no customers when we showed up.
Kid-friendliness: They did have a highchair and kids menu which I wasn't sure they would
If I wasn’t starving and so set on pepperjax. I would have walked right out. Their beans and dressings were basically dried out and old. Same with the rice. All the veggies were old as well, the lettuce was almost orange, tomatoes has no shape to them, just looked like mush. And I was right, I got home and the rice was hard and crispy, almost chipped a tooth. Definitely go to a different location if you want pepperjax

My husband and I got hungry while we were out shopping so we stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. We shared the chicken nachos with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, cheese, cheese sauce, and rice and it was so yummy. I want some more right now lol. We used the drive up window and it was fast and accurate.
