I go here all the time during my break,
today i go in and theres only 2 people ahead of me, idk what was going on but it seriosuly took me 30 minutes just to order. mind you my break is only about 40 minutes. the store wasnt even that busy, rather the person on the grill kept leaving the orders. it was ridiculous that i missed nearly my entire lunch break because of this.

I ordered a bowl with a lot of sauce on the side. I received my bowl that was kind of unmanageable to eat. Just a pint of ranch with whatever I had ordered underneath. I attempted to call the store number to see what the heck that was and it goes straight to voicemail. Food still tasted okay even though it was more of a ranch soup than the meal I ordered.

would not take my order, says they're open to 11 PM. It was 10:35 .They had all the cleanup supplies out. If you're gonna stop taking orders 30 min before they close. Remove 11pm from your Google profile. Whomever the owner is need to fix this.

Great food served hot. Very efficient staff. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is they botched my order. But it was still great.

I understand they were short staffed however I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting for my food and when I got my food the cheese was thrown into the bag and spilled everywhere and my soda had no syrup in it so it was just carbonated water. The staff had no sense of urgency.

Staff was exceptional and polite, very professional. The food was definitely 5 star worthy. I normally don't like any sandwich toasted but the Philly steak was to perfection. Not crunchy, not soggy. The fries are perfectly seasoned, compli.enting the rest of the meal. The only part of the experience that didn't quite make 5 stars was the inside temp. A little bit on the chilly side which is not normally an issue I ever have. over all 5 stars and in my top 3 places to dine on a weeknight.

Had an issue with a mobile order not going through to the restaurant even though I was charged for the purchase. Went into the location and explained the situation to the manager and he made my order without any questions and didn’t double charge me.
