My coffee was only filled 3/4 of the way full and my sausage burrito that I reminded the guy at the window was supposed to be a sausage burrito and not a bacon burrito, turned out to be a bacon burrito regardless. On top of it it was probably the smallest thing called a burrito I've ever seen.

The drinks hardly ever have whipped cream. If there is to be candy pieces, they are always "out" of those. Drinks seldom look like the picture on the website or the drive-thru menu board.
Ok normally we love this place but my wife raves about the sugar cookie blender and I had it today and it was runny and not a lot of flavor. I called and talk to someone names penny and she’s like “oh well you can’t have one for free or anything I’m sorry that you don’t like it but you know that we can’t do anything about that” I am like ok then. Very sad and her customer service skills need a lot of work to work with the public.
