Got 4 items at $21.35. A RT44 Sweet Tea that tasted like chemicals. Undercooked Crinkle Fries that were cold and hard enough I couldn't finish eating them. My Mozzarella Sticks were lukewarm when I received them, having only 5 instead of the 6 I paid for. The Jumbo Popcorn Chicken was the only good thing about the meal, except they forgot all the sauces as well.
Very little of the food was in an edible state after I got home, even though the condition above was from what I noticed while leaving the parking lot.
I am very disappointed in my service as well as the young man had quite an attitude when taking my money. He seemed quite displeased that I order a meal after 9:00pm.

I spent almost 9 bucks on 2 route 44 diet strawberry limeade’s. Got home and I had water with strawberries and limes… so mad! Tried to call the number and it said the mailbox doesn’t have enough room to leave a message…. I would drive back but I live 15 minutes away. So that would be 45 minutes, 9 bucks plus gas.

Good food and quick service most of the time. Staff are pretty friendly. The Quarter Pounder Double is a STEAL on the $1.99 menu, but even at normal price $4 is pretty good for a big burger like that. I really don't like their tortillas or chicken but their burgers are decent.

Where to start? First, we had order a bacon Brioche sandwich with our meal but received a breakfast burrito instead after waiting forever to receive our order. (If it had been busy, I would understand but there was only 1 other car there as far as we could tell) Which is fine, mistakes are made. They fixed it, brought out the right sandwich, all was well, then we get home and there’s a plastic food tie on the bread of the toaster sandwich that was ordered. ? So, this will be our last visit to this sonic. Not happy with our meals at all.
Waited 15 minutes for my order before hitting the button again to ask where my food was. They thought I was a new order and that they had already gave me my order.
After waiting about 3 minutes with the button push they decided that they weren't going to take any orders but drive-thru. They say it's low staff but they are going so slow the drive-thru is wrapped around the building to me it seems like they are having a hard time completing their job.... Only stop here during the day when the good crew is working.
Update: decided to go through the drive through (writing this at the speaker as they have told me they would be with me in a minute 5 later...) if they are only taking orders through the DT what are they doing inside that I have time to add to my review before even trying to order just a large shake? Even if they are short staffed the DT should take what 3 people to run? Oh they finally just took my order and I am waiting with one car ahead of me, they are at the window.
We are at almost 30 mins trying to get a shake and I still haven't made it to the window.
Finally made it to the window and more waiting but now I've at least paid for my shake.
2 employees making one shake OMG. Finally got it and they didn't mess it up so I guess the food it's a decent score but everything else was pretty lackluster including no receipt.

Waited 10 mins in stall so switched to drive thru and waited 10 more minutes for them to take order. After 15 more mins in line to pick up order I drove off. Longest wait for fast food I’ve ever experienced

No help at drive through, only car mid afternoon waited 5+ minutes. Also no help at drive in, someone asked for our order then ghosted us and then we went for the drive through. Seems kinda weird, normally decent service. Had to leave since it seemed like nobody was there to serve food at the time. 5/7/24 4:48 pm.
