Really wanted to give 5 stars but food isn't consistent enough. Some days it is fantastic other times its bland like I cooked it at home. Not bad but not good. Service is always great restaurant always clean.

We stopped in Holdredge on our way through during our vacation to Colorado. The restaurant is in an old hotel on the main street through town. It’s well decorated with a Mexican theme, and our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the horchata came in a LARGE decorative glass! A little too sweet for my taste, but overall yummy. The salsa was also good.
