Catrina's Mexican Cuisine is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the region. It is a clean restaurant with friendly staff. The restaurant offers a large variety to select from on the menu, with large portions all at a reasonable price. The food is absolutely delicious. Catrina’s Tacos are a flavor bomb, Catrina’s Fries are flavorful and decadent, and the shrimp salad is perfect. Fajitas, nachos, burritos, and tacos are all excellent, and the margs are amazing. Everything about this joint is good. However, the meat can be lacking seasoning, with the al pastor and Barilla having little to no flavor. The food can take some time to be prepared, and the restaurant can be a bit warm inside.
