In my 48 years on earth, I have never encountered such TERRIBLE customer service! We were a little after 6pm, dine in, only 3 other tables occupied. Everyone was waiting for their food. After 15 minutes I asked the cashier where our food was, and she just brushed it off like it wasn't her problem. I waited another 5 minutes and confronted her again. The girl in the back had a temper tantrum over the whole thing. We ordered 2 soft shells and 3 hard shells combos. It should NOT take over 20 minites to make a few tacos. Whem our order was finally brought out, of course it was wrong. I took it back up to the counter, again NO ONE apologized, nor took a shred of responsibility. I pulled the 2 soft shells and tots off the tray and demanded my 3 tacos. She brought 2 tacos a few minutes later. I never did get what I ordered, and was charged wrong too. By that point I was so disgusted with the entire deal, I ate the 2 tacos and left. Management seriously needs to train better, or fire these people. ridiculous!
I've never eaten inside. I'll always go through the drive-through. I give them perfect score on atmosphere as well as food and service because of the drive-through. I love their crunchy tacos, street tacos, quesadilla, and regular nachos. I have gift cards from them. They'll give you a $5 free deal on each $25 gift card you buy as of last week of October is when I bought mine.

I feel like this south amigos has gone down hill. The food here is way smaller portions and not worth the money. The soft taco was the size if thise frozen burritos in the 8 pack you buy... the crisp meat definitely not crispy or cooked long enough... the combination burrito was the size of a cheesy... the taco salad wasnt even half full and barrly had any chicken...The fries and tots are usually old and cold. Ranch is watery. Super sad but if you want amigos definitely go to the north one!!!

Went through about 30 minutes to close, Wed. 09/03, the girl, I believe she said her name was Angel was genuinely happy, which I appreciated. Sometimes at other places you get there around close and the workers have already started shutting down and are cranky but not her. Food was hot and fresh. Just what I needed after a not so great day. Keep up the great work!

Was good overall but some items could have been cooked a little longer.

Typical fast food, nothing special, it's good for its price, but it has the same thing as a thousand other similar franchises

Amigos is our favorite Nebraska Mexican fast food. Nobody makes a cheesy burrito like them. Heck, you can go wrong with anything on the menu!

The people need serious work in Kearney Nebraska! They are short, rude and all around unfriendly, and 90% of the time my order is messed up, even on nonbusy days.

A real good alternative to Taco Bell. Food seems to be more healthy, better quality, and more tasty. Wish we had one where we live.

I love this place! I live in Colorado but am in Nebraska usally about once a month. Every time I'm in Nebraska, I eat there at least once, if not 2 or 3 times, in a weekend. The only thing that could be better is the hours. Since Covid, their hours just aren't as good as they used to be.

This is the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The beans were so dried out that they were either sitting in a warmer all day or microwaved. The cheese enchilada was room temperature and the cheese inside unmelted. The rice is palatable when mixed with the red sauce but this too was not warm. I'm not sure how people eat this stuff. I would rather eat a microwaved Mexican meal from the freezer section at a local store. Save your time and go anywhere else.

We were the only ones in the dining room and it still took 15 minutes to get our food. They messed up my order, so I took it back to the counter, they apologized and said they would get it fixed right away. After waiting another 10 minutes I went back to the counter to check on my order, and they said they got busy, so apparently serving customers in the drive thru took priority over fixing my already paid for order. I waited 5 more minutes at the counter, watching the employees continue to make one order after another for the drive thru, meanwhile my wife and kids finished their meal. I finally motioned for them to come meet me at the counter and we would leave. We let them know we weren't happy and wouldn't be coming back. Amigos is a great franchise, but the exceptionally poor customer service at this location reflects poorly on the company as a whole.
Drive thru only. Cheese Frenchy was great, but only 3 pieces. Glad I had a coupon.
