My chicken bacon sandwich was overcooked, very tough to chew, fries were cold and old. My husband used the restroom and about slipped from all the grease on the restroom floor. Our server however was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Rielle she did an amazing job!

Was a horrible dining experience. Our server Brodie, was the worst. I kept having to remind him that we had not received one of our drinks from the bar and when we did get it it was definitely not made right and couldn’t be drank it was so bad. Then when we got our food I had to ask for silverware. Our food was overcooked and honestly tasted old. I have been sick since I ate it. It’s been awful. Definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant. Another customer that ordered right after us left before getting his food because of how the server was acting. We should have too.

On Google it said that opening time is 11am. We got there about 11:10 but was closed till 12pm. So we went to do something else till it was time for opening hour. We arrived at 12:05pm and the front door was still closed eventhough the restaurant was open. We waited about 20min till we were seated. Restaurant was not a full house by any means but I do believe that they were severly understaffed. After we were seated, our food took about an hour to arrive at our table. My burger was hot and delicious but my girlfriends steak was hard and tough and her shrimps came out about 15min later. The staff was amazing and was doing the best they could with the people they had.
Super slow, waiting 40 minutes after ordering. Only four tables with two customers. Not happy 😒 😕

We went to the Kearney, Nebraska Applebees on February 14th. Due to shortage of help we waited an hour to be seated, our choice. The servers and hostess were wonderful. We noticed very early that there was cold air blowing on us and asked if they could stop it, we were told no. So we sat there cold the whole time and noticed others remaining in their coats also. When we received our food it was at best barely warm. The taste was good but ruined by the coolness of it. Very disappointing.

Arrived around 5pm. Ribs were dry dry. My steak was tough and hard to cut/chew. Our server didn't acknowledge us for about ten min. Took our order. Another server brought it out. Never had another interaction with anyone our whole meal. Even though our server passed our table many times. Had to wait a long time to get our bill even though we had cleared plates at our table end and again server walked by at least 6 times.

Worst restaurant in Kearney every time we try to go there they say they are under staffed there is always a 20 to 40 min wait not because they have customers waiting but because every table in the place needs cleaned off the staff isn't friendly this place has the worst management it's not difficult even with short staff to buss the tables reset and be ready for new guests it doesn't matter what day we try to go there it's always the same story it's been this way for years tonight was the last time we go here there are many better options in Kearney with friendly staff no wait and no excuses why their service is so terrible we used to love this restaurant that's why we gave it so many chances but this is ridiculous this place has been mismanaged to the point it's not even worth going to anymore very sad this place could be such a good place with the right management
