I get the same thing every time I go to Arby’s. A roast beef slider and substitute the cheese for the liquid cheddar. I’ve been doing that for 4-5 years. Anyways here they wouldn’t let me do that. So I had to spend double the price and eat 1/2 the food. She said “we can’t do that” when I’ve only ever ordered that. I know you can, you’re just lazy. Waste of money and time. Won’t be coming back to this Arby’s.
Food was completely cold and service was rude. On top of that the food was made wrong.

Newly added old favorite, the Italian sub has not lost its original great taste. Added the now Forever potato cakes and it's worth the drive. Sunday road trip back home was planned lunch in Kearney. The counter help was on top of the current offerings and available for refills. Good job

Stopped in for sandwiches to go. Thoughtful check out attendant remembered that Arby's had just begun their fall 2 for $7, and that saved me a bunch of money.

Awesome Arby's Q: roast beef in barbecue sandwich. The sandwich literally melted in my mouth. Friendly service with a smile. A highly clean restaurant.
Drive all the way to Kearney from Gibbon just to try the new Philly. What a disappointment. It was no where close to the advertisement. It was a Togo through the drive through Sunday evening, when I got home opened it there was hardly any meat in the sandwich my first comment was where's the beef. What a disappointment from Arby's. Usually almost have to much meat but in this case barely any meat at all. Hope this was just a one time thing. I will try again but will done in and if it is as bad as my drive through experience it will not happen again.
