These may be the worst pretzels I have ever put in my mouth. I really wanted to give them a chance because the one person that works here is the nicest person ever so I have now came 3 times to try the pretzels. They are made in advance and then microwaved when you order them. They are somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time. It tastes like you are eating last week's leftovers poorly microwaved. You have got to do better.

Honestly this place doesn't get enough credit. Compared to the prezlemaker at the mall, these guys beat them out in quality every time!
