The only thing I didn’t like is that the music and tv were crazy loud. I couldn’t even hear the person across from me. So my family and I just sat in silence waiting for food.

Went with my family today and to start off they were not very busy, seated us right away the waiter we one of the worst people to date that I have personally encountered. Unprofessional my wife had a question and he held her finger up at her and. Didn’t say anything while also not giving her enough time to order and he tried to walk off before taking her order. And there were 6 adults and 2 children 4-2 years old he was inadvertently rushing our table to order. None of our food came out together like it was missing a side but it would be 2 orders of wings at a time while it still being cold and our fries had to site there and get cold. Also it kept taking forever to get drinks keep in mind not busy for the location. He then brings out a chicken and it was raw and that kind of over filled my cup right there. I went and spoke with the manager Jarvis great guy was completely understanding and comped us for the mistakes and then I told the shithead the waiter that Jarvis would take care of me and he then rolled his eyes and came back with the check and then proceeded to come back 2 times to try and get my payment and the 3rd time he said “do you want me to just get Jarvis” and said yes and Jarvis then came over and then still apologized for the guys attitude. One of the worst experiences I’ve had there turned good. Let me also add I was very polite not rude very understanding in the beginning but I was pretty well over it. Thanks again Jarvis you did great

Take out orders are simply never accurate. The last 3 times we’ve ordered for take out we’ve ended up having to return for missing items. To make it worse yet- never a sincere apology ( or any really) and certainly never ‘anything’ for the inconvenience ( probably because it happens so frequently in general 😉) However, our problem is solved- we will just war elsewhere 😉. I do hope they can fix this issue and maybe we’ll try BWW again in a year or so.

Slow,slow,very slow, Took me 30 months to get the bartender to serve our drinks! She was too bussy in a chat to make anyone elses drinks. The food, even worse, Disappointment is all i can express, will have a hard time returning here

Man where do I start, I guess the beginning. My parents were coming through town and wanted to eat somewhere on the north end of town for their route home, they chose BWW. I have been there probably 5 times since living in Kearney and have never been happy with what I have gotten but we went anyway. First we walked in, less than half full and were told 20 minute wait, we said we would wait and we’re seated 5 minutes after, why would they tell us 20 minutes are they wanting business or not? Next we ordered our food, I got a drink with my meal on special and requested a Mountain Dew, waitress comes back and asks what else I would like as they only had Mountain Dew in the bottle, um how is that my fault? Just give me the bottle, but that wasn’t an “option”. Next the food, the wings were terribly overcooked and barely any sauce what so ever, mostly all breading no meat (boneless) meanwhile there were tons of dirty tables around us and the hostess just hanging out on her phone not helping to clean anything. Went to the bathroom, urinal was out of order, bathroom was filthy no paper towels to dry hands. Last thing we saw as were leaving was their outdoor patio, I realize it was out of season but still just looked so sloppy with ply wood laying everywhere and bird droppings all over everything. While I was reminded of why we never go here, this was by far the worst experience we have had here, much better places to eat in Kearney.

Traveling with a 1-year old, walked in and was told a 20-minute wait, despite half the restaurant was empty. We insisted to be seated as the waiting room is abysmally small and after about 20 minutes, we were told that the kitchen was backed up and it would be another hour or so before we could order. Saw several people seated, getting up and leaving, or in the few cases where food was served, they brought boxes and marched out. The hostess came over and told us “I’m not going to lie, you would be better off going somewhere else.” Apparently, they serve take out orders first and in-house dining second, when the kitchen is not in complete disarray. DO NOT EAT HERE!
Dirty booths & tables along with poor attitudes. I went out to my car to grab change for tip and they threw my takeout box away, sad times.

Are you a sports bar type person establishment???? I’m sorry I watch the company commercials where it says it’s a nfl spot…yet local team playing (k.c . chiefs) and end of third quarter 9:30pm last call and told we’re closing soon and only doing take out????? My food was horrible and drinks over priced yet I stay to watch game then get that thrown at me. What a joke. Don’t bother going here they don’t want you anyways

Today was the worst experience we've had at this establishment been going for years and not to get a beer for over 10 minutes and then our appetizer took over 20 minutes and get the wrong order not once but twice and the server blamed the kitchen and there was maybe 10 people total in the place is very bad that's been getting worst every time we go need to get back to the basics guys

Very poor experience my wife and I just had at the Kearney location. Sat for 15 minutes for a table when there was 2 dozen free booths and tables. Waited 10 minutes after my wife food came out for my food which was just wings. Fries came out completely cold and a very thin sad amount. For the waitress to bring us our check and say whenever you are ready. Without once asking if we wanted anything else or even if we wanted refills of our drinks. Very disappointed
