Plenty of tables yet told there was a wait. I see this pattern on the reviews. Either change the staffing to accomade the recurring issue, or switch to a drive thru if that's the business model.

Excellent food and drinks, and at an acceptable price. I go to watch UFC and it is usually busy. Staff does what they can but sometimes they seem short-handed, depends on the Sunday though. Overall a great place to go and watch and be with friends.

I was visiting Kearney on a vacation trip and decided to stop at this Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe five tables were taken in the whole place, so there was no excuse for the service we received.

When we were seated, we ordered an appetizer right away. The waitress took that order and immediately walked off without taking our drink or food orders. Twenty minutes later, the host brought out our appetizer instead of our server. I asked if our waitress was coming back to take the rest of our order. He must have went to tell her, because he came back and said “hopefully she comes and gets your order”.

Over the next hour, we never got a single refill. Our order came out wrong and the table next to us had the same problem. Our waitress never once apologized. She rolled her eyes at us and had a very rude and unprofessional attitude the entire time.

Both our table and the one next to us spoke with the manager. He did not apologize either. He gave us a discount but made no real effort to fix the situation or even acknowledge that there was a problem.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor service, poor management, and a total lack of basic customer care even with a nearly empty restaurant.

Highly recommend if you don’t want to waste your time for seating when there are 15-18 empty table available with only three couples waiting to be seated. And let’s not talk about the food that was less than mediocre. Will not be returning anytime ever. Poor service poor attitude from employees and poor food. I can’t even leave one star that is how bad this place is

It's a B-dubs ... you know what to expect. However, jordyn, if you sit belly up, provides the best waitress/bartender/ customer service. Wings were on point, service time follows John Taffers 7-10 minite rule. Overall clean, well managed, with well trained employees. Adequate kitchen to FOH communication. Stopped here for 🐔 wings 🪽 twice. Will eat here again .

They were out of a lot of appetizers which is what we were looking for so we didn't end up staying and went elsewhere. They told us right up front that they were out so we didn't waste much time. They were apologetic and friendly. Maybe they just got slammed with customers or maybe someone messed up and didn't order enough. I will be back the next time I'm in town.

We had 4 adults and 12 kids with us today. We had the best service from start to finish. We called ahead by only 5 minutes to let them know we had a large table and they had an area completely ready for us by the time we arrived during on a Saturday at noon. What really made the best impression was our server, Chauncey. He handled all of us with the some of the best customer service I have ever had. He was super quick, efficient and accurate. He was incredibly pleasant and patient with our boisterous table. We appreciated his kindness and the rest of the staff today! Thank you!

The only thing I didn’t like is that the music and tv were crazy loud. I couldn’t even hear the person across from me. So my family and I just sat in silence waiting for food.

Went with my family today and to start off they were not very busy, seated us right away the waiter we one of the worst people to date that I have personally encountered. Unprofessional my wife had a question and he held her finger up at her and. Didn’t say anything while also not giving her enough time to order and he tried to walk off before taking her order. And there were 6 adults and 2 children 4-2 years old he was inadvertently rushing our table to order. None of our food came out together like it was missing a side but it would be 2 orders of wings at a time while it still being cold and our fries had to site there and get cold. Also it kept taking forever to get drinks keep in mind not busy for the location. He then brings out a chicken and it was raw and that kind of over filled my cup right there. I went and spoke with the manager Jarvis great guy was completely understanding and comped us for the mistakes and then I told the shithead the waiter that Jarvis would take care of me and he then rolled his eyes and came back with the check and then proceeded to come back 2 times to try and get my payment and the 3rd time he said “do you want me to just get Jarvis” and said yes and Jarvis then came over and then still apologized for the guys attitude. One of the worst experiences I’ve had there turned good. Let me also add I was very polite not rude very understanding in the beginning but I was pretty well over it. Thanks again Jarvis you did great

Take out orders are simply never accurate. The last 3 times we’ve ordered for take out we’ve ended up having to return for missing items. To make it worse yet- never a sincere apology ( or any really) and certainly never ‘anything’ for the inconvenience ( probably because it happens so frequently in general 😉) However, our problem is solved- we will just war elsewhere 😉. I do hope they can fix this issue and maybe we’ll try BWW again in a year or so.
