Had a mobile pickup order scheduled for 4:45. Ordered 2 burger meals and a kids meal, so I figured I would order it ahead so that by the time I got to the restaurant from my house, it would be ready... I was so wrong. Didn't get my food until 5:30 amd that was after I was asked 3 times if I had another order, which was placed at least 10 mins AFTER I got to the window and was finished before I got my order.

What happened to BK have it your way? Every single time I use your drive through, my order is made wrong. No lettuce. It’s simple. Also, the only thing fresh out of my meal was the fries. Chicken fries were soggy and my 2 chicken sandwiches (aside from having to pick off all the lettuce) were also less than what I’d call fresh. As a former employee of BK I’m honestly just disappointed.

Just ordered a shake and was sitting in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up at the window with my shake. Then she took my money and now I'm sitting here waiting a little longer to just get a shake

Ordered a double whopper w/cheese and no mayo and a jr wrapper w/cheese, ketchup only. Got home and had a whopper with no cheese and mayo nothing else on it and a jr whopper with no cheese and e erything but ketchup on it. NEVER GOING BACK. INCOMPETENT WORKERS.

I was told to try an impossible Burger........ it's impossible to eat gross.
I ordered a burger patty to go with only lettuce, as I eat gluten free and am allergic to tomatoes. I informed them of the allergy. When I arrived at my destination to eat, it was not a plain burger and lettuce as requested. I paid the full whopper price for something I could not eat, as it had both ketchup and tomatoes! I would give this location less than 1 star if I could!

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich Sunday afternoon, 8 piece jalapeño bites, and a drink. My daughter ordered a rodeo cheeseburger and a drink. After ordering and sitting, a worker returned me $2 and change to my table explaining they were out of the jalapeño bites. I visited the womans bathroom and it is very oddly set up. A toilet with an enclosed stall and another toilet just open, not enclosed. The bathroom has a strange unpleasant smell of sewage and mildew. This bathroom is in need of renovation BADLY. When I sat down to eat my sandwich, the chicken was so old it was severely dry and cold. I couldn't even tear it with my teeth and was difficult to eat.. I've had this same sandwich local in Lincoln and other BKs and this was unacceptable. My daughter even complained because her rodeo cheeseburger had no cheese and the 2 onion rings she picked off were ice cold and not edible. Again, we have ordered the exact same sandwich in Lincoln and other BKs and never had this issue.. I actually rushed out, without complaining to management of our experince, because I locked my keys in my vehicle and a locksmith had just pulled up to assist us. I ate about almost 1/2 of my sandwich and had to disgard the rest on my drive, due to the chicken being disgusting. I'm also writing this review because on my way back to Lincoln I started to get horrendous stomach pains. I had to pull over in Waco and became violently ill. This sandwich and the sprite was the only thing I had consumed ALL day, besides water on my drive from Kansas to Lincoln. I was sick the rest of the evening with stomach issues. I belive it was the chicken and I knew I should've said something to a supervisor before I left the establishment, my vehicle situation got the better of me. Discard old chicken and don't feed it to customers. Check the footage around 545 of how long the chicken was sitting in the warming tray before put on my sandwich. Check the footage of me sitting with my daughter taking 1 bite and trying to tear is apart, even with my fingers and even dissecting the chicken at the table, before I had to abruptly get up for the locksmith. You guys will kill someone with underlying medical issues. Locking my keys in my car wasn't the worst experience of my Sunday in Kearney, compared to what the sandwich caused later

if negative stars were an option, there wouldn't be enough to describe the experience tonight. The manager and staff walked by multiple times and ignored the customer ahead of me for 20 minutes ( I walked in a few minutes after him) They had messed up my order and so I needed to have it corrected. When the manager finally got around to attempting to help him she was rude about it and then was rude to me because I asked to have my meal replaced since they had messed it up (which does happen we're all human) She said she would only do half of it and I could just deal with the other half being cold. All in all with a manager that lazy and rude, it's amazing the staff even care at all what they put in the bag or how they treat people
