Husband went to get the Oreo sundae thing ordered it and then tried to get a shake too but when he ordered the shake mysteriously the machine was down and being cleaned but wasn’t when he ordered the sundae to start then was told the sundae isn’t available anymore. Getting just as bad as McDonald’s about lying

It's always a treat when an employee at a service driven company says "Have a nice day" and it sounds more like, "Get the F outta my face so I can go back to playing on my phone."What do valueless employees do when their lack of desire to be a positive experience to customers drives the company out of business? They move on to Taco Bell and get paid $20/hr for $7.50/hr value proposition.

I don't know what's going on with us location but it is disturbing to say the least. I have worked in fast food for over 20 years, but never have I gotten sick from eating at a burger king before. This makes it 2 times now that we have gotten sick from this location. I will not go back

Staff is always has a bad attitude and stale fries not the first time I've ordered here. If the drive thru is this bad I definitely don't want to even try eating my meal inside. You should update your schedule aswell I've wasted my time and money ordering on the app the whole process just to have to call the 1800 number to get a refund 5 business days later. If you don't like working here move on and let someone who want to fill your position because this is ridiculous worst BK I've ever been to

Cheese sticks were cold.Put tomatoes and ketchup which they were told not to( allergic to them. Counter help would set food on the counter and whisper the number no body could hear her so food just sat there intill a customer would go up and ask. melted milk shakes cause she wouldn't call out numbers

The older man who brought our food was so rude! First time here and we pulled to the second window because 99% of burger kings have you do that. We backed up and all he could say was ' like it's nothing new'.. was that really necessary... rude as hell. He needs retrained on some customer service skills.
