i order a 4 piece mozzarella frie. not only did they take 25 minutes but one if the mozzarella fries fell out the bag and the guy bagging the food grabbed it, put it back in the bag with his bare hands after he wiped his nose.

Picked up a customized Whopper ordered on the app, picked up through drive through. A little disappointed with the flavor (Or lack) of the burger, but they made it as requested, right condiments, etc. Pretty quick courteous service. Would recommend if you like the food. Their soft serve ice cream is good. Not sure if sourcing change or prep change (or post-Cov taste change), but the last few times I've had one, the meat on their burgers has been very bland/flavorless.
The AI fecal flinger is quite impressive!

While using the women’s restroom, a MALE employee walked in and started cleaning.. very uncomfortable and unprofessional of this behavior!!! When I informed the manager, he ignored my concerns and just rolled his eyes.

fire the whole staff, i ordered a chicken fry meal and got 12 mozzarella sticks. I don't know how your employees can mistake a mozzarella stick for a chicken fry. you have a bunch of morons running your equipment

First of all, you couldn't hear a thing from the drive-thru speaker. Then it took 15 minutes to get our food, with only 1 car in front of us. The food was hot and fresh, but it still didn't taste good.

I know it's fast food but after a long day I'd like to not hear the kitchen staff making snide comments about adding cheese to my plant based burger. The worst part is the drive through window was open so I heard everybody. And when the window lady told the kitchen to hush her response was "boo hoo". I only came here because it had no wait. Guess there is a reason McDonalds has a line and burger King does not.
