I am sadden that i have had to edit my review. Every time i have to order from here, something gets messed up. Last time i ordered a salad, i didn't get the lettuce or my dressing. This time, i didn't get a fork. I got a spoon to eat my salad, and i was missing my dressing. How am i supposed to eat a salad with a spoon. This is my favorite place to eat, but this one has sadly gone downhill with service.

The chips and dip is horrible. The queso was good, the salsa was good, but the chips are coated in so much salt that I could not taste the salsa or cheese dip. I had to spend my time scraping LAYERS of salt chunks off of each and every chip in order to taste the dip. I could not finish my meal, and it made me feel sick.

2:45 in the afternoon grabbed lunch-is a Saturday so I’m sure had been busy. However, the amount of food and filth all over the floor was terrible. Ordered a veggie bowl-there were a few scraps of veggies left in their container with the serving utensil handle laying down in them. The server scraped those few scraps on my bowl which was already very skimpy on the rice and beans. I asked if there were more veggies and they said no.
Definitely the worst service, cleanliness and food I have ever had at a chipotle. I should have taken pictures of the floor. And should have walked out as soon as I walked in!

Food is great but the service was poor. I asked for more chicken and the server asked if I wanted double. I said yes. But the amount on the bowl does not look anywhere like double chicken. I was charged $3.45 extra. Not satisfied with the service. I have been here before many times this had never happened before.

My daughter took me there and she knew exactly what she wanted. I on the other hand, needed help figuring out how to order and claire, the person working, he helped me figure it out and it was very kind about it the whole time and enjoyed himself doing it seemed. And I enjoyed it I had a good time doing it it was fun. And it was a lot of good food. I look forward to going back

1pm Friday- fairly busy but the line moved well. I watched the owner/manager handling everything efficiently AND with a smile. Then miss Jen came to help with my order- what a delightful human, just a lovely experience. Bonus: miss Jen was the one making the salsa’s today and they were flavorful and yummy. Thanks Kearney Chipotle for a nice lunch!
We were there on Saturday, August 10th about 5 pm and it was VERY dirty! The floor was filthy and also the floor in the takeout area, and even the cash register/serving area. All the tables were dirty. The trash was full! Food was slopped over the food bins too. I said something about the floor to a worker and he just looked at me. I've had intestinal cramping ever since I ate there. If I had the number, I would turn them into the health inspectors! I've been to several in Lincoln and Omaha through the years and they've always been excellent, so this is unacceptable!!!

Employees were very kind and patient. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty. Most tables were covered in food and there was trash on the floors. It happened to be around noon so I assume they were dealing with a lunch rush.

The place is absolutely filthy! Theres food all over the place, not a clean table in the joint and i mean filthy dirty too. Food all over the floor, food all over the fountain drinks table. Food on the floor at the entrance even. Disgusting filthy place to eat!
