Refused to make more fajita veggies and it was only 6pm. This is the 2nd time this has happened. This place is going down hill quick!

We walked in at about 730 pm Wednesday 12/3. Instantly we were greeted by dirty floors, abhorrent work surfaces, and trash hanging out of receptacles. The 3 young men who were i assume employees (i could only tell by their shirts...their attitudes were very misleading) were less than thrilled with the thought of doing any. The 3 of them had a guest in the dining room (also young male), and I was SHOCKED to hear some of the stuff they were saying OUTSIDE of the fact that these 4 individuals were mocking and making fun of developmentally disabled individuals...or Re***ds as they were seemingly known as to these young men. This was our first and last visit to your restaurant...41 bucks for a burrito and a bowl? (The burrito had 1 extra portion of meat). The commercials do NOT match the experience. And your employees...oof.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ordered almost 2 hours before pick up time and still had to wait about 30 min. The people that walked in got their food faster. I had payed already if not I would have walked out. Service is horrible!!!!!!

I probably just had the best chipotle experience I’ve had at this location because of one of the workers named Jen. She is truly an amazing worker (my burrito was perfect) and also just seems like an amazing human being. Listening in on a couple of her other conversations with customers, it seems like this might be a typical interaction with her!

I had a great experience at this Chipotle, thanks largely to Gregory (one of the workers serving us), who was incredibly hospitable and kind. His warm attitude truly made the visit memorable. The food portions were generous, the vinaigrette and everything else was fresh and flavorful. I haven’t had a standout Chipotle experience in a while where I live, so this visit was a refreshing change. Gregory’s excellent service made all the difference, I genuinely enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere because of him.

Food was OK. Low flavor for Chipotle, but tolerable. But they have definitely not addressed their cleanliness issue. Easily the nastiest Chipotle I've been in. Every table was dirty. The floor was dirty. Trash overflowing. The line and counter were full of food. Every surface in the kitchen had food remnants on it. Ick.

Most disgusting Chipotle I’ve ever been in!! Trash not emptied, tables dirty, restrooms desperately needed to be cleaned, food service stations were dirty, food mixed in with other toppings, they were out of forks-only had spoons. I have eaten in Chipotle’s across the country-NEVER encountered something like this!

Horrible experience. This is the 4th time I have been here where they are out of food. No honey chipolte chicken, no veggies. The place was not clean. The cashier was rude and uninformed. Will not be returning to this location.
