I probably just had the best chipotle experience I’ve had at this location because of one of the workers named Jen. She is truly an amazing worker (my burrito was perfect) and also just seems like an amazing human being. Listening in on a couple of her other conversations with customers, it seems like this might be a typical interaction with her!

I had a great experience at this Chipotle, thanks largely to Gregory (one of the workers serving us), who was incredibly hospitable and kind. His warm attitude truly made the visit memorable. The food portions were generous, the vinaigrette and everything else was fresh and flavorful. I haven’t had a standout Chipotle experience in a while where I live, so this visit was a refreshing change. Gregory’s excellent service made all the difference, I genuinely enjoyed the meal...

Food is great but the service was poor. I asked for more chicken and the server asked if I wanted double. I said yes. But the amount on the bowl does not look anywhere like double chicken. I was charged $3.45 extra. Not satisfied with the service. I have been here before many times this had never happened before.
