The last two times I went to Keaney Culvers, the burger was raw. So disgusting. You settle in to eat and RAW meat. Dont you check the temperature, you should not be allowed to serve food.

The only thing that's impressive and consistent about this location is their ability to take as long as possible to make one combo meal and still mess it up. Every...time. We don't have nearly as many issues with other places in town. Did I ask for condiments? Yes, so put them in the bag, please. And inform your food runners that gluten free combo meals come in *two* bags. All time high food prices and I can't even get a complete meal. I suppose I shouldn't trust wagies anymore.

Unfortunately I will not be giving culvers my patronage anymore. I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich and when I opened my box at home it was just a regular beef patty. They didn't remove the tomatoes. I was charged for a chicken sandwich which is quite a few dollars more. When I called the manager to fix this she told me she would send coupons. She sent me a letter saying to enjoy the coupons but there was none in the envelope.

All of my 4 grandkid could not eat their burgers they were a burned and crisp they said it's been like that for a while and they didn't want to go there. I had coupons for Sundays and that's why we went. Will not be going
