We went here to eat a late supper after my son & granddaughters music concert & they were busy & only 5 people were working. The drive thru was backed up & there was a line inside but they actually took orders quickly & got the food out in a timely manner. It was hot & good. Every time we come here it is awesome service.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 1 blizzard and was handed 2 different things. When told it was incorrect, the lady rolled her eyes. Someone on the 2pm shift. Finally got the blizzard 20 minutes later and it still was not made correctly. 🙃

Drivers thru lady, absolutely, rude and awful. The entire experience was off-putting. My slushy wasn't even mixed. We had to ask for the items we ordered that weren't packed. She became even more bothered by having to do her job over again since she couldn't put the effort into doing it right the first time.

I ordered the meal deal, with bread instead of fries, and a pup cup for my dog. I was told that they didn't have cherry topping for my sundae. They handed me the pup cup and my sundae, and then I had to wait for my hot food long enough that my sundae had melted. I ended up giving my dog his pup cup before it became soup.
I didn't know that they could bring food back into the kitchen and add more food when they mess up your order. The male server was rude but the female server was very helpful.

The girl at the window rolled her eyes at me when all I asked for was a drink carrier. I have worked in the service industry for 4 years and the truth is u can roll your eyes once the window is shut. Also it’s 10:30 I would understand if it was 8 am but it’s not even early in the morning! Make it make sense
