So, I come up in the driveway with my family, I ask 'yo can I have a crunching cookie yada yada wtv wtv, it's on the menu but you guys don't have it which is -1 star, but still, I go up there, order the 'oreo and brownie cupperfection' and lemme tell you. I thought it was finna be like a little itty bitty brownie and all that. But NO. I look and there's a brownie about the size of the cup. 45% ice cream, 50% brownie, and 5% Oreo. That is bomb.

Service was excellent this time! I went to the drive-thru and it moved quickly. Staff was friendly. We got our favorite, just a plain old fashioned chocolate cone ... it was delicious! We love the chocolate ice cream at Dairy Queen!

There was NO LINE so we went to the drive thru at 5:15pm. It took 3 full minutes till a guy mumbled “go ahead and order” to which we would reply with the order, and then silence. After several minutes of silence, he repeated “go ahead and order.” Then said “what did you say?” After each item. It took us five full minutes to order and then finally he said to pull forward. We waited for our food at the window and he eventually told us to pull forward to park in a space to wait. After probably five more minutes, he brought the food out and handed it to us without a word or apology And walked back in to the store. After we looked in the bag, we realized we didn’t get the ice cream. So my son went back in and got it. Very frustrating. Will not be back soon.

Man look I don't understand honestly dairy queen, good rule, the fast food industry i'm not a chick fil a fan, nor did I even have chicken but if you guys adopted their philosophy or even culver's to get decent people that care about your business instead of giving expired mustard not dimension, I had to specifically ask not once but twice. And then the third time it was because they only gave me one the fries are ice. Cold tastes like stale potato chips.The hot dog that you guys brag about is shriveled up, you could get something better at a bp gas station where's the pride?Honestly I just don't understand not dimension their size. I know they always say size. Doesn't matter, but yeah, come on, really that's like the size of a breakfast sausage, and then you got all that bun. The least you could do is make a custom bun to make it look like you're getting something I don't know very shameful pretty sad

The Oreo blizzard had peanuts in it, the butterfinger blizzard was made with chocolate ice cream, the cotton candy was not blended at all. It’s like they didn’t even try to make them right. They were all melty and could not be presented upside down. Worst blizzards we have ever had.

We went here to eat a late supper after my son & granddaughters music concert & they were busy & only 5 people were working. The drive thru was backed up & there was a line inside but they actually took orders quickly & got the food out in a timely manner. It was hot & good. Every time we come here it is awesome service.
Kid-friendliness: The people are amazing with kids. There is also outside seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 1 blizzard and was handed 2 different things. When told it was incorrect, the lady rolled her eyes. Someone on the 2pm shift. Finally got the blizzard 20 minutes later and it still was not made correctly. 🙃
