I honestly like Daylight Donuts and would give them a higher rating, but if you don't have good customer service, my rating will be lower. Today I have been very disappointed with one of their employees. My wife placed an order for Valentine's donuts for Valentines Day. They were for our daughters for their daycare party on Valentines Day.

The doughnuts are good... but unfortunately not the employees... if your hours are from 3 am to 12 pm, you might want to open your doors at 3 am... waited 25 minutes while an employee ignored a group of people and ignored the phone as it was ringing
