Major fail! 1 of our pizzas was missing toppings. We submitted a claim via the app and then discovered that this second pizza does not appear to have been handled with care. Could not submit another claim for the same order. Had to call multiple times before we got an answer. Were told it would take over an hour to have the pizza remade.

I'm extremely frustrated. I ordered 4 pizzas. 3 came exactly as ordered. But one was missing half the toppings and they made it thin crust when it was supposed to be hand tossed. I called and spoke to a man and I let him know what happened. He gave me two options, to have it remade and delivered. Or get a free pizza the next time. I let him know I would love to have it remade since it was my husband's pizza. And he said okay, that should take about 30 mins. I said that's perfectly fine. 2 hours later now pizza, and we've called back 4 times and no one will answer the phone. Horrible customer service, and professionalism.

When I ordered was informed 35-40 min before my order was ready. At 45 min was told just 10 more min, so continued to wait. At 70 minutes was informed 10 more min. I didn’t have that much time to wait with 8 hungry kids. Already had a negative perception, worse afterwards.

Knocked on wrong hotel door! Litterly across the hall, my room number on my receipt they left! Peppers on my pizza- didn’t order and no way the extra cheese I ordered was on there!
Always a good time ordering from Domino's. Delivery is speedy and surprisingly quick for larger orders.
Employees are efficient and friendly, and the store just has good vibes.
P.S. Love the Legend of Zelda incoming order sound.

Excellent delivery time. Best food service app with GPS tracking. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Though I can't necessarily say the standard hand tossed is the best in a town with many pizza options, the thicker version that only comes in medium is a 10 out of 10. I'm a fan.
