For me, it is undoubtedly one of the best places to eat, even if you order the food by delivery, because it arrives as hot as it has just left the oven, the quality and taste are excellent, without a doubt I always return to Dominos.

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery and they still wanted me to pay for it. I had called after an hour of waiting. My original wait time was 45 mins. After a hour and a half after my phone call they showed up. Told them I already cooked waited so long not paying for it. So they took it back to the store. Extremely poor service.

I placed an order for five items and drove 25 miles to pick it up. When I got home, I realized two items were missing. I had to turn around and drive all the way back. Graciously, they were still willing to cook the two items they forgot to give me in the first place. I guess the five employees standing around the front, doing nothing, did remember to say “have a good night.”

They had the opportunity to make it right—or at the very least, apologize—but chose not to. In today’s economy, food is expensive and time is valuable. Customers deserve better service and basic courtesy. Mistakes happen, but how you respond matters.

Do better. Be better.

ordered 21 pizzas 30 hrs in advance for delivery for a work meeting and they showed up 45 minutes late, no sorry and the insurance app tried to make it ok by giving me on free pizza to use within a month

Major fail! 1 of our pizzas was missing toppings. We submitted a claim via the app and then discovered that this second pizza does not appear to have been handled with care. Could not submit another claim for the same order. Had to call multiple times before we got an answer. Were told it would take over an hour to have the pizza remade.
