I placed an order for five items and drove 25 miles to pick it up. When I got home, I realized two items were missing. I had to turn around and drive all the way back. Graciously, they were still willing to cook the two items they forgot to give me in the first place. I guess the five employees standing around the front, doing nothing, did remember to say “have a good night.”
They had the opportunity to make it right—or at the very least, apologize—but chose not to. In today’s economy, food is expensive and time is valuable. Customers deserve better service and basic courtesy. Mistakes happen, but how you respond matters.

ordered 21 pizzas 30 hrs in advance for delivery for a work meeting and they showed up 45 minutes late, no sorry and the insurance app tried to make it ok by giving me on free pizza to use within a month
Major fail! 1 of our pizzas was missing toppings. We submitted a claim via the app and then discovered that this second pizza does not appear to have been handled with care. Could not submit another claim for the same order. Had to call multiple times before we got an answer. Were told it would take over an hour to have the pizza remade.

I'm extremely frustrated. I ordered 4 pizzas. 3 came exactly as ordered. But one was missing half the toppings and they made it thin crust when it was supposed to be hand tossed. I called and spoke to a man and I let him know what happened. He gave me two options, to have it remade and delivered. Or get a free pizza the next time. I let him know I would love to have it remade since it was my husband's pizza. And he said okay, that should take about 30 mins. I said that's perfectly fine. 2 hours later now pizza, and we've called back 4 times and no one will answer the phone. Horrible customer service, and professionalism.

You got rid of the best pasta and replaced it with Mac & cheese so disgusting I couldn't even finish it.
