Went through the drive thru and asked for a long John and got a regular donut. I realize we should have checked the bag but was in a hurry to get to Lincoln and just hit the road. Grr lol

everytime we come there is a problem. when ordering you get asked to repeat your order 4+ times.. just to find out the worker with the headset on has airpods in. then proceeds to make our order completely wrong. the just hire anybody. management is not very good.

The worst only one there and had to try and get her to help me, no coffee made ordered a glazed donut then she disappeared I could not get her to come back from the back I yelled I have to go, so I had to help myself which was horrible the glaze was oily not flaky anyone knows me knows I go out of my way for a dunkin coffee and if this were to get anyone in trouble good your customer service sucked I will pass by next time

6:30 am and no donuts! The “ baker” didn’t show up??

Stopped in at 7:15 am. Absolutely no donuts. Ordered several croissant breakfast sandwiches and a bagel sandwich, which were all burned. Got 6 small hashbrowns in an order, which seemed like they had been sitting around for a while (soggy and overcooked). Worst Dunkin experience ever. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Lobby closed, the app will still let you order pickup for in lobby, you’ll end up waiting 30+ mins in the drive through.

Even 6 yrs back, the reviews are the same. The results from the 1 star comments lack of social skills by employees, no donuts later in the day, pushy and rude staff that says a dozen is cheaper, but I only want 2 donuts. Guess what? Some of us do not go at 830 a.m. donuts should be served ALL day. The donuts are hit and miss. I got the last lemon filled donut later in the day I ended up just eating the filling. I wish companies would look at their reviews rather than avoid them. The management as of now sucks to allow their worker to act the way they do.
I was going to go at 1130 am. today, but I will pass.

dude was acting deaf I said I need a large Carmel swirl with chai tell me why I get pumpkin instead of chai and my other drink was sup to be a iced chai and tastes like just cream don’t go here

This was my first time ever ordering from Dunkin’ Donuts or should I say dunkin with a lack of donuts. What donut shop doesn’t have donuts. This is ridiculous First and last time ordering from this location! Don’t waste your time with this location for food all they have is drink and even those are scarce. What a joke

Ive had this happen left and right now, I get told all the time I can get a drink one way and come back the next day to be told I can no longer get it that way, even though I am not doing anything special. It says in the app it is an option for customization. Really unfortunately to have to have such poor service alot for no reason. I wasn't even greated, just off an on unfortunately experiences. With poor employees, who don't really care ab the customers, or job.

I ordered through the app the night before and set the pick-up time for 11:15 the next morning. I double checked that I had the correct location and time in the app. Upon arrival at the pick-up time, we were told that the order had not been placed, even though it showed in the app that the order was being prepared. The workers first tried to blame it on us having put in the incorrect location, but this was not the case. The workers, who seriously lack any social skills, finally prepared the order after being confronted with a screenshot from the app, without looking again in their system to see if the order had ever appeared. They left things off of the order, and when asked to provide the rest of the items, they asked us to stop being hostile and told us to calm down. The only hostility in the place was coming from the workers, who apparently believe they have better things to be doing. Then, after getting the entirety of the order, the quality of the food was very poor. The coffee tasted very bitter, and there were hard spots in the cheese on the wake-up wraps (see picture). Overall, this was a horrible experience, and we won’t be returning. And by the way, as of now, the order is still open on the app, so I guess they won’t be making any profit from this transaction either, although I find that acceptable.

Delayed wait time to get assistance in the drive through only to find out that at 8:07 on a Monday morning, they are currently out of all donuts and have no hash browns.

They have been out of donuts for a couple of my visits, which I imagine is unavoidable sometimes, but other than that, it has been great!

The staff appeared more focused on chatting with each other or friends that came into the store than on helping customers. Once management left, they turned on a speaker (like Alexa) and blasted vulgar uncensored music loudly throughout the store. Additionally, the staff was eating behind the counter, where food is prepared for customers.
