Amazing! I asked for a Twilight themed cookie for a movie night, told them to take full creative liberties and they deliver a masterpiece.

Eileen's makes absolutely the most delicious cookies I personally have ever eaten! Whether it's one of their cookies in 3 inch size which are packaged, the 4 inch which is individual or their 16 inch cookie that is decorated the flavors are spot-on! Soft, oh, so soft! Great texture as well. Overall good value for a good cookie in my opinion. The only thing that annoys me personally is that when I buy more then one 4 inch cookies I also get 2 that have frosting on them, when my purchases are bagged up, they have all been stuffed into a little bag. This causes my frosting to get squished a little makes it messier to get cookies out of the bag. While I appreciate a smaller bag, I just wish that a slightly bigger bag is used. Otherwise I have no issues with Eileen's.
Parking: The archway mall parking lot sees a lot of traffic and it's an awkward parking lot to drive in, so caution is recommended because of the amount of traffic in this area.
Kid-friendliness: Staff is very patient and friendly to the customers, which is why I say it's kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's two places in this mall that have designated handicapped parking ares. Both locations of the spots are located near the entrance of Eileen's location. There is a bit of walking but it's doable.

Ordered a cookie to celebrate Summer with bible study kids. Was disappointed in colors they did. Looks like a winter sky. I would have done light blue sky & black lettering with pink trim. Would have looked like Summer not Winter. Next time I will tell them exactly how to decorate. Colors and all. This is the first time I was disappointed in the decoration of a cookie from them.

OH MY GOODNESS ... this was one of the best cookies I have EVER eaten! We chose a 6 inch chocolate chip cookie to share ... never again ... I want the whole thing for myself!!!The cookie was chewy, soft, full of chocolate chips, with a really good cookie batter. The frosting was exceptional; I think I detected a hint of almond. They are popular and I can see why. Don't miss out, these are scrumptious! Great for any celebration/occasion.

Bought cookies (molasses, snickerdoodle and frosted sugar) today and they were flat, bland, and totally inedible. Very disappointing especially since usually the cookies have good flavor and crumb texture.

These are the best cookies I have ever had! They even have cookies of superheroes, such as Spider-Man.

A little disappointed in the large cookie that was ordered. What was requested to be written on it was not correct on the cookie. I ordered it from out of town, so the person that picked it up was not aware of the error. Also, I just asked that it be frosted and decorated up to look nice in specific colors. I have done this before at my local Papillion location and the cookies have always been adorable and well decorated. This one merely had a border and some uneven and crooked writing, nothing else. It did not look like much effort was put into it or that an experienced decorator made it.

Had a bad experience there this morning- went in early to buy frosted sugar cookies for a work event. They were hour off frosted and sprinkled cookies a said it would be about an hour. I said how about that holiday tray- I could take a couple of those. The attendant went to freezer and said we are out of those - I said well what do you have. Help me buy something without having to come back. The attendant just looked at me. In the meantime the customer behind me asked to but the holiday tray I was referencing too and they sell it to her! I said to the attendant are you kidding me? She told me - “well she was eying in pretty hard so……… “. I didn’t feel like the worker was wanting to help sell cookies. It was not a good experience at all. And I love Eileen’s. Ended up spending 50 dollars on the “only thing they had left” and I was not offered a discount or anything to make it right. So messed up.
Don't go there! It's a Dieter's nemesis. Leave your will power out side, it's not allowed admittance. No one leaves without 1, 2, ah several bags of goodies. Stay away! Sight & smells are irresistible!!!!
