I stopped in this afternoon and I told the cashier that I was cutting carbs and asked if she could provide me with a fork so I could just eat the pizza style meatball sub without eating the bread. She not only provided me a fork but made my sandwich without the bread. Now that was excellent service! She didn’t roll her eyes at my request or anything like that. She was happy to help with my odd order and I absolutely love that about Firehouse Subs. Thank you

Firehouse is my favriite favorite sub shop! Sandwiches are always tasty and have noticed times for sandwiches has gotten way better. We will be coming back again as this last time was everything we could ask for

Arrived when the doors opened to order 16 sandwiches for my team at work. Customer service was "Can DO" and they knocked the order out in about 20 minutes. My team loved the sandwiches!
