The floor is always dirty, employees are always arguing in the kitchen, and there's never anyone at the register, but they are always kind to my toddler and once gave him an extra scoop of custard because they were really backed up on orders, so for that, we will always come back when we're in town.

We were traveling with our family and totally disappointed! The smash burgers were more like cow scabes burnt on the grill! When I asked my spouse how much he paid, I was mortified at how high it was! We could have had a good dinner at a real restaurant for that! And if you noticed,I left explanation points after each sentence to show how bad it really was! This was at the Freddy's in Kearney, Neb. We will probably never eat at a Freddy's again and tell friends. I would prefer rating at a negative 5.

I enjoy going to Freddy’s but I wish you could come up with a standard sized Sunday! We usually order the same size but never get the same amount of custard! It depends on who makes it and when you pay $5+ you want to feel you’re getting your moneys worth!!

Great food. Sucks at handling deliveries and sucks at answering their phone.Update: managed to get ahold of Freddy's and because it was thru doordash, they couldn't do a refund but they did everything they could to correct it. Their manager is fantastic. Still frustrating situation
