When I came to Jimmy John’s to order a meal, Stacy asked for my phone number, which I have used for rewards nearly 10 times, she told me that I was not in the system. She took the time to help me get a rewards account and then took the time to listen to my grandkids order their sandwiches. The sandwiches were made exactly the way we ordered them.
Service was excellent, thanks to Stacy! Food was excellent

hated it here. we walked in and there was about 7 guys working and they all just stared at us a blank stare , no “hi” or “hello” or “welcome” . a guy finally came up to the register and still didn’t say anything and just stared at us . so awkward and rude in my opinion. my sandwich was the worst sandwich i’ve ever had (i ordered a #6 for reference ) and they forgot my pickle so i stood at the food pickup area for 5 min before one of the 7 people finally asked what i needed. maybe don’t have a bunch of dudes running a jimmy john’s .
In the 4 times I've been there my order was wrong 3 times staff was rude it seem like they go out of there way to avoid you. As much as i like jimmy johns, I just gave up on this location after not having one good experience.
