First time customer in Kearney NE. Usual good JJ food. However it took about 8-9 minutes to get my order. The other JJ locations are much, much faster. Usually order, pay, pickup, all within 1 minute.

I encourage anybody that goes out to Jimmy John’s to speak their peace and speak their mind because Jimmy John’s people are snotty and rude and inconsiderate because they tell people where to order when you can order anywhere you want they are the most snotty, rude and considerate restaurant on the planet Otherwise I’m never going there again because they are very unprofessional and I will buy by my word

This is a very busy place and not a lot of space for people to wait for their food, eat, and/or wait in line to order. Fast service as expected, clean, and friendly employees.
The short torta with glasses when you walk in has an attitude problem, don’t try to tell her you don’t want something on your sandwich, she will smile at you and throw away your bread while looking at you and act like you’re the problem. Really though, she’s just mad because she works at Jimmy John’s and I interrupted her smoking session at 1am when she was supposed to be working. Who hired her? Where is her mother? Daddy issues? I don’t know, but she brings her horse water attitude into work and projects it onto the customers that pay the company which in turn do pay her. Branch manager need to check her. Idk why she’s so obsessed w tomatoes, I told her and the other guy four times in total I didn’t want them and she just kept pushing em out.
