Didn’t know my app wasn’t working properly so I waited for my food finally went to look outside to see if it was there and it was but all the stray cats got into the bag and started eating my sandwiches.

Placed the order and called after 20 minutes to see where it was, guy acted like a child telling me 20 minutes isn't long to wait for delivery. This place is a joke- and the staff are RUDE. He ended up calling his driver and telling him not to deliver it- we saw him pulling into the parking lot and then leaving. I am good with this as I didn't want food that would be messed with or possibly spit in. I will never go there again. Not fast and the staff they hire act like children.

9/12/2023 I walked in at 10:20 pm I was greeted immediately and the kind sir behind the counter was very mannerful. I ordered a chicken jalapeño ranch wrap with double meat and portions were more then adequate. My order was made quick and efficiently. They had been cleaning when I walked in and he apologized for the mess as tables were moved around but there wasn't anyone there when I walked in and as late as it was I understand the cleaning coming from a fast food background myself. Super job to them I would hire them as an employer.

What a awesome Jimmy John,s did on our sandwiches. I have a daughter who is allergic to gluten and anaphylaxis to diary. She ordered a turkey tom unwich. The woman who was working on 8/13/2023 at 7:01 went in the back and brought out fresh mayo fresh turkey fresh lettuce and fresh tomatoes, from there storage refrigerator and made her unwich with all fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated. I have never ever experienced that in ANY Jimmy John's. We were so pleased with the food and she did not get sick from any cross contamination, which what people want that have serve allergies. Thank you so much!!
There was a dead fly in my sandwich but honestly I didn’t care. Still bussin 10/10 will be back.

We ordered 3 sandwiches and all three were made incorrectly. Guy taking my order was rude and was unwilling to put mayo on my son's sandwich telling me \\\"it was industry standard to not put mayo on a slim sub.\\\" Also had to correct the guy making my sandwich who rolled his eyes when he removed the tomatos. Guess your store standard to go the extra mile.
