This is one of the best places to grab breakfast, lunch or any dessert. I haven’t tried them all, but it’s definitely a goal of mine. The ice cream was at one time UNL Dairy, I’m not sure if it still is, but it is fantastic as well. The butterscotch is the best. I was in there a couple of years ago admiring a tiered chocolate cake. When I went to purchase the cake, the owner told me that she couldn’t sell it to me in good faith because it was old. She gifted me the cake!...read full review
A hidden gem of Kearney: get the (homemade) Oatmeal Cream Pie.
I have been craving chicken salad, and this did not disappoint! Yummy chicken salad on a wrap, pasta salad, and a delicious brownie. What a great place for a light lunch and something sweet to finish it off.
