In the process of ordering my daughter didn’t see their sign that said pot pie and wanted to change from the sandwich to that. The lady behind the counter making food was cussing and visibly upset. Mind you we hadn’t even paid for it and we’re still actively ordering food….people are human and change their minds. Very unprofessional of her to act this way.

During our last visit, he even kept us updated on the snowy weather—which we truly appreciated since we’re from New Orleans and not used to those conditions. His kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and because of him, we’ll continue returning to this KFC for the rest of our stay in Nebraska. Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. We are from North Platte and have been closed for MONTHS! We drove all the way here and we're not disappointed! Friendly service, fast and fresh.
Called ahead and ordered, gave them 40 minutes (They asked for 30 minutes) for 10 wings and 2 breast pieces. Got there 35 minutes after ordering. The guy at the window said it will be 10 minutes. Still waiting and it been 19 minutes. Excuse was the cook got caught in traffic.... 21 minutes now....Have the chicken now 25 minutes later. QUIT LYING to your customers

Poor excuse for food.ticket number #1983 They can't take a order.No one in the drive thru ordering but yet I waited 10 mins to order. Ordered 2 meals missing a thigh,biscuits were solid dough,tenders were rubber couldn't bite off a piece to eat. Fries were hot at least! Called to talk speak with a manager no luck! I'm highly upset at this almost $20 waste of money and not to mention me and the wife get to go hungry at work. The employee was short with me as I require a special menu. I got back w ith food for my grandkids and no fries. I called but was expected to go back, which would have been a 20-minute trip, and I was in town for a wedding. Not impressed. Not always but as a past fast food manage I did deliver food on occasion.
Dietary restrictions: I was looking for gluten and dairy free. I sort of got snapped at because I asked about grilled chicken. I hadn't been in a long time and won't be back anytime soon.

Waited in line for 15 min bc as soon as I pulled up guy says "hang on" and then doesn't come back for 15. Get to the window and sit another 5 waiting for him to open the window to take payment then another 10 waiting for food. Only it to be wrong. Avoid this place.
