Called ahead and ordered, gave them 40 minutes (They asked for 30 minutes) for 10 wings and 2 breast pieces. Got there 35 minutes after ordering. The guy at the window said it will be 10 minutes. Still waiting and it been 19 minutes. Excuse was the cook got caught in traffic.... 21 minutes now....Have the chicken now 25 minutes later. QUIT LYING to your customers

Poor excuse for food.ticket number #1983 They can't take a order.No one in the drive thru ordering but yet I waited 10 mins to order. Ordered 2 meals missing a thigh,biscuits were solid dough,tenders were rubber couldn't bite off a piece to eat. Fries were hot at least! Called to talk speak with a manager no luck! I'm highly upset at this almost $20 waste of money and not to mention me and the wife get to go hungry at work. Thanks for theift by decption."false presence that that it was food" DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

The employee was short with me as I require a special menu. I got back w ith food for my grandkids and no fries. I called but was expected to go back, which would have been a 20-minute trip, and I was in town for a wedding. Not impressed. Not always but as a past fast food manage I did deliver food on occasion.
Dietary restrictions: I was looking for gluten and dairy free. I sort of got snapped at because I asked about grilled chicken. I hadn't been in a long time and won't be back anytime soon.

Waited in line for 15 min bc as soon as I pulled up guy says "hang on" and then doesn't come back for 15. Get to the window and sit another 5 waiting for him to open the window to take payment then another 10 waiting for food. Only it to be wrong. Avoid this place.

I just picked up a family eight-piece chicken dinner. Got two mashed potatoes. Barely any mashed potatoes and gravy. All they gave me is thighs, wings and legs. I didn't even get any breast. This is a poor excuse for a pack of fried chickens. I wish Carney had a Popeyes or a church's

KFC has the allure of the greatest chicken that you can buy. We generally just get the chicken and skip all the sides. The prices have really increased over the years which limits the number of times that we get KFC. Though KFC craving can kick in at any time and while it is a distance to come here we still do from time to time.

My parents went there to pick up some food the kid that works there said it was going to be 7 or 35 minutes well asked how long it was actually going to be then the kid had a really bad tone and said well I said 7 to 35 minutes he got a really bad attitude and so they asked for a manager and the manager never came do not go to this one they don't know decency or respect . Would give a 0 star If I could

I have a serious issue here. VERY serious. There are two chicken sandwich options. Spicy and Classic. Awhile back I ordered a Spicy with extra pickle and got a Classic with extra pickle. Tonight, I ordered a Spicy with extra pickle again and got a Spicy with no pickles at all. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal right? When they had the Nashville Hot, I'd get regulars. It's just beyond my comprehension how these things can be so complicated! We have missiles that can strike within yards of targets and yet can't get any pickles on a sandwich when they belong on it when extra has been ordered or, the wrong chicken variety altogether. With the high prices a person kinda wonders if it's even worth the effort anymore. Lol...CAN'T I AT LEAST HAVE MY PICKLES!!! Order taker was pleasant enough and walked the sandwich out to the car. The sandwich was otherwise good. 4/28 (Drive Thru)Accuracy please.
