The girl at the window that usually works at night is ALWAYS rude to me for no reason at all. She is always short and gets frustrated and impatient over small things and then raises her voice to the point she’s basically yelling at me for small things like asking about the price at the window. Please just don’t put her on the window. This is unacceptable customer service. You’ve lost my business, this is NOT how you treat customers.

Jim and the rest of the staff at this store were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. A worker named Jim place came at us aggressively just because of how we parked—completely overreacting and acting like we were causing a scene when we were calm and respectful the entire time. If he had an issue, he could’ve addressed it like a grown adult instead of being hostile. Meanwhile, the other workers were just as unpleasant, walking around giving nasty looks and acting like we were a problem just for existing. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from people who clearly don’t know the first thing about customer service.

They manipulate their systems and numbers to make it seem like their order to customer time is low when it’s not by pressing they’ve completed the order and then work on the order. I’m pretty sure it’s the manager doing this too.

I asked 4 2 large Dr Peppers with my order. I am very allergic to artificial sweeteners. Causes anaphylactic reaction and paralysis on one side of my face and tongue. I was not happy to come home to diet Dr. Pepper, so I switched and drank the other Dr Pepper which had a mix of diet and regular Dr Pepper. Not good. I then had a bad reaction and had trouble breathing and talking. I only took 2 swallows. I am that bad. Please serve what the customer asks for. Never happened to the other McDonald’s I have gone to. Too late to switch. Now trying to recover.

Food was COLD! Cheese wasn’t even melted on cheeseburger and bun was hard! Did not get any sauce with nuggets. Waste of $14 for the meal! The guy that took our money was friendly only positive thing I can say about the experience.

wow. i work in fast food so i feel its even worse when i say this. the redhead working at the register acted like we were a huge inconvenice and we literally only ordered a 50 cent cheeseburger. took 40 minutes to get our order. redhead clearly new people working for doordash that came in way after us and prioritized all of their orders first. she had a bad attitude & our food was cold. not ever going here again
