I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a large 1 drink. They said cash only. Then told me my total was 7 something which should have been 5 something. The mcdoubles are buy 1 get for 1 dollar. Then proceeded to tell me since it is cash only that the promotion doesn't work. We called them this morning to ask them about it and they said it is because of their new manager. In that case they need to tell people that before they order. We go there every morning around 2 because we work over nights. So they lost our business.

Not sure why I am bothering to post this but I go to the South McDonald's on 2nd Avenue and 8th Street . I've even called the main office talk to somebody to file a complaint does not surprise me nothing is done . Nobody should have to go to a restaurant even a fast food place like McDonald's order a quarter pounder with the bread is so hard it is actually crunchy . This is nothing but an example of corporate greed . I'm only assuming but it looks like what they probably do is push or Pawn their buns from the day before off on the first people that come through for lunch . I guarantee if you had buns like this at your home you would throw them out .
Completely rude experience. They forgot to put in our drink, then was completely rude at the drive. Please learn basic customer service skills!!! simply not that hard.

Manager here is rude and unprofessional. She ignored me at the counter and when she brought my food out to me slammed the tray on the table. Her attitude was uncalled for. All because I didn't know my order number. Didn't think I needed it due to having a table number. I do not recommend eating at this location.
