this is quite literally the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to.. & i’ve ben to mcdonalds chains all across missouri, kansas & nebraska.
we pull up to the drive thru, no cars, no one inside. the lady says ā€œwait a minute.ā€ about 2 minutes later, someone pulls up in the lane next to us & orders right away. we finally order and the lady says NOTHING to us but takes my husbands card & hands it back w the receipt. pull up to the second window & again the lady says absolutely NOTHING. not even a ā€œhiā€ ā€œhelloā€ or ā€œhave a good dayā€. she just hands us our food and walks away

Just did drive-thru ordering two sausage burritos and an egg McMuffin. Hopped on I-80 and when my husband bit into his burrito, it was cold as ice…I guess they forgot to put it in the microwave. The second burrito was warm. That is the problem with McDonalds, it’s always a crapshoot.

I do not understand how a fast food place can mess up 95 percent of the orders we get from this location. The other 2 locations rarely give us issues. We don’t even have the correct items in our order tonight.

got a quarter pounder and the meat was pink, asked for it to be remade and all they did was burn the outside while the inside of the patty was pink, meat also had a noticeable smell on both burgers that made me want to throw it out

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was dry and hard and with thick dark crust on the bottom! Horrible, just horrible and no napkins do better. McDonald’s do better.

Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. We ordered at the kiosk and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food, only to receive it lukewarm. The employees were incredibly rude—rolling their eyes at customers asking simple questions or for forgotten items like silverware. One customer politely asked the manager for a refill, and she literally groaned and said ā€œin a minuteā€ after just coming back from break. The staff ignored customers the entire time, and there was zero sense of urgency or professionalism. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Fries were not fully cooked, they were very soft like a limp noodle. I was assured that the chicken nuggets were fresh and half of them were so hard they were inedible.
