Great quality, fast food to counter. Despite being farthest location i will return here every time for the best customer service! Alonso was the best, super helpful with everything! I wish every location could have someone so nice that just elevates the overall experience of the restaurant! Restaurant was very clean and organized. With great service from Alonso and clean atmosphere made the food taste even better!

Tell me why I waited 27 min in the dt paid, and then when I got to the other window was ignored for another 15 or more mins before they came and said they need to refund me my money when I was the only one in line since all the other cars behind me left!? So why was i there waiting!? When asked to talk to manager the girl told me I could leave.. and then refused to give me the general store managers name and number....

I am really impressed with what seems like a new McDonald's! They have improved their burgers 100%; very flavorful and fresh! Staff is very friendly, service is prompt, food is wonderful! I love my rewards! I take advantage of rewards whenever I can.

Had an issue with the mobile app didn’t include my free quarter pounder, I realized it after the young man brought my food out to me, he offered to have the manager come talk to me which I appreciated greatly.
The manager Jade came out immediately and I explained to her that I had an issue with the app and was missing a sandwich, she offered to get me my complete order and apologized for the mishap.
I don’t write reviews often, but this was a moment that I felt needed to be shared.
Thank you Jade, and thank you to the young man that brought my food out.

This was the worse experience in Mac Donald’s for ages. Not clean at all, but only couple of people inside and 4 orders on the screen including mine. The food was ok, but they were very very slow. I was in this place before and the experience was much better, something should be done asap.

This place was dirty. The people working were going slow and did not acknowledge us at all when we came in. We stood at the counter for several minutes, and the workers there just went about their business. The girl up front who was speaking Spanish with a guy in the back smiled at us, but never said anything. I went to the bathroom, and my fiance had still not been acknowledged when I returned. Some kids walked in and went directly to a kiosk to order their food. I will not give my money to any establishment that decides not to hire humans, even if those said humans would not even tell us to order at the kiosk. We left and went directly to the Burger King across the street. We had a pleasant conversation with a young man, or food was freshly prepared, and we left happy and satisfied. If I could give this McDonald's less than one star, I would.

Were just there tonight. Ordered food and sweet tea.manager made rude comments about us normally ordering water with our food. Got our sweet tea and it was awful. When we asked for a new one we were rufused . We were told it always made that way. When we said not during the day its not . The manager jade is the 1 we were dealing with during this time. So my wife asked for a refund the tea was undrinkable.Jade response was for a sweet tea!!! Well duh when we cant drink it. I guess when you are dealing with a child this is the service u get

The employees don’t wash their hands they eat fries straight from the fries that are served to customers, there is mold in the back of the kitchen (as a former employee) this was a terrible low pay unfair job I would never eat at this restaurant again especially because of the amount of rat droppings in the food containers, once again DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK no one washes their hands or cleans any dishes at all….DO NOT COME HERE SHUT THIS MCDONALDS DOWN
