Got asked to pull forward as hash browns werenāt ready. Waited over ten minutes for them to bring out my food as numerous cars went through the drive thru. My sandwiches were lukewarm at best, it canāt possibly be because they sat in a bag for ten minutes waiting for the hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were so greasy the bag now looks like a Pablo Picasso original if Pablo Picasso used cooking oil to paint withā¦

This place was dirty. The people working were going slow and did not acknowledge us at all when we came in. We stood at the counter for several minutes, and the workers there just went about their business. The girl up front who was speaking Spanish with a guy in the back smiled at us, but never said anything. I went to the bathroom, and my fiance had still not been acknowledged when I returned. Some kids walked in and went directly to a kiosk to order their food. I will not give my money to any establishment that decides not to hire humans, even if those said humans would not even tell us to order at the kiosk. We left and went directly to the Burger King across the street. We had a pleasant conversation with a young man, or food was freshly prepared, and we left happy and satisfied. If I could give this McDonald's less than one star, I would.

Were just there tonight. Ordered food and sweet tea.manager made rude comments about us normally ordering water with our food. Got our sweet tea and it was awful. When we asked for a new one we were rufused . We were told it always made that way. When we said not during the day its not . The manager jade is the 1 we were dealing with during this time. So my wife asked for a refund the tea was undrinkable.Jade response was for a sweet tea!!! Well duh when we cant drink it. I guess when you are dealing with a child this is the service u get

The employees donāt wash their hands they eat fries straight from the fries that are served to customers, there is mold in the back of the kitchen (as a former employee) this was a terrible low pay unfair job I would never eat at this restaurant again especially because of the amount of rat droppings in the food containers, once again DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK no one washes their hands or cleans any dishes at allā¦.DO NOT COME HERE SHUT THIS MCDONALDS DOWN

We stopped in after a 2 hour drive with still 30 minutes to go til home, took us 3 times to get our drive through order correct, we pay, get our food and continue the drive home only to find halfway into said drive, one of the burgers is missing! I called and she apologized and promised to make it right when we came back in, ya ok great, Iām still without a burger. We get home and start eating and kid you not, happen to look down at the burger Iāve already half eaten and itās fn pink, like no, itās nope, thatās not ketchup, thatās raw hamburger meat. š¤¢. So disappointed with the entire experience and hopefully I donāt get food poisoning to just top the day off.

The food is okay, but one of the only times I ate there, I vomited it all back up the same day. The drinks are better than the food. Overall, not great, they could do better š
The wait times are incredibly long, due to this by the time you get your food it's almost usually cold. It's as if they just make it out of order and place it next to an open windows for the entire 10+ minutes you typically end up waiting.
The staff is however very friendly.

This place cannot open at 6am, when they are supposed to. I try to show up at 6am for a simple black coffee and they never have their stuff together. Rebooting computer systems. Just pulled up to work at the 6am shift as I am at the speaker. Also, they never take your order right away. Even if there isnāt a single person in line they say theyāll be with you in a moment. Iāve also been asked to pull to the side for ordering a happy meal for 1 kid. I get it if thereās an order big enough to feed 4, 5 or more, but you need extra time to get out 3 nuggets and a small fry? I would literally give McDonaldās $1.50 for a coffee every business day for the rest of my life if they could get their stuff together, but they canāt, so I only stop by when Iām desperate.
