This review is based on my last visit to Nebraska Ale. I've been there 10 times and every time it has been excellent but this last time the service was terrible. It took 20 minutes for me to get my beer and it was warm when It came, also I did not receive my salad early, it came with the meal, which was so disappointing

The food was great, the prosciutto wrapped shrimp was awesome and the battered cod was good as well. My reason for the lower review is due to the manager and server. The server misinformed us on the soup as it was chicken tortilla and not chicken tortellini. Luckily we like the tortilla soup too and ate it. However when we asked the server if soup could be a side, she said yes. We got the bill with a significant “upcharge” of half of what the cup of soup is alone. Our server asked the manager and the manager stated “it's a side but an up charge”. When I asked the server about not letting us know that or put it on the menu she said she didn’t think there was an up charge. So instead of getting her in trouble or the dealing with a manager that has no clue, we paid it and left due to having other things to get to.

Extremely slow. Waited to be sat, waited to have our drink order taken that when we were finally asked, we ordered everything at once. Appetizer was a little slow, but never got our pizza after sitting for 50 minutes - 1 hour. Waitress no where in sight to ask about the pizza or refills. Found someone to pay for the things we got, ended up having what did receive comped. The individual who did help us in the end seemed surprised that we had not received our pizza either. Overall, pretty awful experience for being our first time going, had high hopes.

Don’t be in a hurry when you come here to eat. Service is extremely slow. Had to wait on the server just to pay our bill. Not worth the wait at all. Food not cooked to order and was served cold.

My wife and I entered the restaurant at 5:45p and were promptly seated, the table they put us in was next to a group of intoxicated people ( not bad just loud ) and we asked to move tables. The host moved us promptly and friendly.. that is where the service stopped. We wait for an additional 20 minutes and were never even brought a glass of water. We left and went elsewhere for dinner.

Stopped here as we were spending the night across the road. The servers were so rude and the atmosphere and energy so negative, we left after 10 minutes of being treated rudely. We found a much friendlier brew pub in the center of town with friendly locals.

NAW exceeded our expectations! We heard it was good, but our meals were great! This place is a must to try. The PBJ burger was amazing and worth a try. The chicken sandwich was pretty impressive as well.
As a person who works for doordash I want those who order from here to know that your order will be late because they take forever to make the food. Went to go pick up a pizza for a doordash customer and the guy behind the bar said it was already picked up. So they had to remake the pizza and that took another 20 minuets. How dose someone lose a pizza?? As a dasher this took 45 minutes away from me dashing where I could have picked up other orders. Very disappointed in this establishment.

On a road trip back to Colorado. Stayed overnight in a hotel just across the street. We walked over for a late dinner and a cold one. Sat in the bar because we like sitting at high top tables.Happy to see Summer Ale on tap. We both ordered a bowl of the duck gumbo. Split the garlic cheese curds and prosciutto wrapped shrimp. Everything was awesome. Waiter seemed like he was kinda new, but did a good job. Will definitely come back when on the next road trip.
