Had the flat iron steak, cooked rare with steamed broccoli. One of the best that I have eaten in a while.

Not an Old Chicago anymore! Very annoying when expecting a specific restaurant for hungry kids!

This isn't Old Chicago anymore. It's Nebraska Ale Works. There's a good variety of food for everyone. Plenty of variety for beers and other cocktail and the atmosphere is good. They did a nice job with the place.

It appears to have gone out of business. Hard to believe they stayed open asong as they did. Kept raising prices faster than other OCs and kept cutting back on service.
Loong wait to get seated very long wait for food And even drink refills were slow to come round- they were out of the 1st 3 drinks (common beers so just asked for anything they had) ordered which made the wait even longer. They may have been short staffed but... I've been to other Old Chicago's and the food here was OK not great compared to others. May give them one more try before I no longer return.
Well, let's see. Traveling thru and looked like a great place to stop in real quick. Since we are traveling 45 states writing our blog on hotels and restaurants, we peeked into the bar and saw it was vacant other then one customer at the bar. We decided to go into the dining area and grab a booth which I fell into the sinking cushion hole. No biggie, we were one of two tables with customers there. We were never greeted although waitress helped the only Table with a customer who was directly next to us. We gave it 12 min. Zero water, dying of thirst. Decided to take our business elsewhere. By the way this place was FAR from understaffed so not an excuse. I won't be including you in our book or blog. I highly suggest stepping up your service. We ate at 946 resteraunts last year alone, sooo we know when it's a staff issue or other and so on. And I've never walked out of a place. That's saying something.
I ordered a pick up while traveling out of state. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:19. Waited another 10 minutes inside. I had to ask for napkins and they gave no silverware. I ordered Buffalo wings extra crispy. They were not fully cooked, dry and barely any Buffalo sauce on them. They came with two small pieces of celery which looked really old. The the meatball sandwich looks like you’re getting four meatballs, but it’s actually two cut in half. The meatballs were burnt and just did not taste good. The only thing I liked was the side salad. I would never eat here again. We threw half of the $40 meal we paid for in the garbage! Don’t waste your money!
Very disappointed. Passing through on our way back to NC. Literally got seated and NO ONE came and talked to us. We gave them 12 mins. Didn’t even get a water. One person in the bar and 3 tables. They weren’t understaffed there were about 7 girls literally doing nothing. We could hear them in the back though. That’s pathetic. Walking through and not one person talked to us. We left after 12 mins. That’s beyond our patience. Places close & we don’t have time for poor service. Nope. Don’t want to figure out what their food tastes like or wait 1 hr to get it. Wouldn’t waste your time here. Rude. They didn’t even care when they saw us walk out too. So we came over to copper mill for top notch service.
I order the Tuscan Chicken pizza every time I stay at a nearby hotel which is often. No lemon dressing on the top of my pizza, but I got a bowl of dry lettuce. I called to inquire why and was told the pizza was made correctly and everything is on it like it supposed to be. Wow, perhaps some customer service training might need to be in the works. Apparently the cook can’t admit to a mistake which wouldn’t cost the restaurant my future business. It was tossed in the trash. What a total waste of money.
Waitstaff was friendly and quick, everyone seemed to be having a good time. The garden salad was fresh and the lettuce was crispy. The calzone wasn't too impressive, it seemed a bit void of ingredients, making it not worth the price. Beer was served quickly and at a perfect temperature.

I have been waiting over an hour after ordering a burger. I used to love coming here for the food and different variety of beer. Each time it has gotten a little worse.. but never this bad. This will be my last visit.

Old Chicago has always been one of our favorite places for 30 years so we were glad to see one in front of our hotel after a long day of travel. This one did not measure up. The service was terrible, even in these days of short staff. The meal when it finally arrived was brought out piecemeal so the first person served was finished before the others were served. We watched the same thing happen to others near us. And they were not busy. The place was half full. And they had no pasta or noodles. I suppose that could be supply chain but overall I would guess it was mismanagement. Unless you just have to eat at Old Chicago and have tons of time and patience, I would suggest avoiding this location. Oh, and the table and menus were sticky.
First time to this location. It feels kinda run down. Bar area is pretty cramped and feels very dark. They were out of 3 of the first 5 mini tour beers I tried to order. Staff seems busy, but not swamped. My server was ok.I love old Chicago, so I will probably come back if in the area, but it would be nice if they were a little better.
Good is o.k., service was o.k., appearance of the dining area was (you guessed it) o.k. Kearney seems to have 2 categories of restaurants-- very pricey, and cheap "family" places. This restaurant is in the latter category. We're in no hurry to return.
