Racism is real but at the end of the day WE WON LOL!!! Walked in, ordered a salad with the young lady and out the blue a guy walks out the back and said “the truck didn’t come we don’t have any salads” we knew it was TOTAL COW MANURE. As we were walking out we heard him say “that worked.” Now the funny part of this is our money will still get spent and a business will profit off it at the end of the day. Thank you Cunningham! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VIEW, & FOOD WAS 1000/10!!! One companies loss is anothers gain LOL!!!!!! Y’all fault💪🏽

Every time I go inside and the older lady is working the counter she’s always rude. She acts like the customer is a bother. I dread going in there now.

They forgot part of my meal, and of course I didn’t check/realize until I got home. Gave them a call and they wouldn’t do anything in the moment to fix the problem. The man I talked to took my name and address saying he would mail me a coupon 🙄 I’ve never received anything.

We were there at 830 pm tonight. The freshly baked bread was on the racks right in front of us. I ordered soup but they said they were completely out of bread. When I asked for the bread on the rack right in front of me they refused to serve it to me because it was "for tomorrow ". Not even kidding. ??♀️ When I told them that was bad business, they looked confused and said again, "that bread is for tomorrow." So, the message here seems to be, they only serve day-old bread and you aren't entitled to the bread that comes with your soup if you happen to arrive when they only have fresh bread out of the oven. Two birds in the bush are worth more than one in the hand, I guess??

Nice atmosphere. A lot of people eat here. I normally order through the drive-through to get away from the drama. The kitchen staff, when you pick up your food from inside, are not good communicators. They don't always call out your name when it's ready when they're supposed to call out your name and they only do your order in partials. So they may put one or two items out but not the third+ ones. And you're wondering if they forgot about them. They're not supposed to put the items up on the counter at all until the whole order is complete so not to confuse you. They're not being trained and figuring it out. I've caught them making a lot of mistakes. That's why I prefer their drive-through for my pick-up and a great option that they have. Good food but expensive. Way better than fast food. At fast food places, you're eating cheap, greasy, and will kill you if you eat a lot of it. The cheapest food is always the worst for you and the most expensive food is always the best or better. This is the regulators and corruption wanting to kill you. These are the same people who will not approve cures of every illness out there. And they won't help you in hospitals if you stay long. You have to recover on your own. Panera Bread runs out of a lot of stuff quick and their website is horrible especially when you scroll down different pages because it flickers. Their breakfast sandwiches are not perfect but they're basically there. When you're eating the sandwiches, it's easy for the ingredients to fall out while you're eating it. You have to hug it with both hands and make sure that the paper wrapper is around it tight. I like a lot of their products because it taste fresher than fast food. I like their veggie breakfast sandwiches which I normally order two of. Their limited, double bacon, breakfast sandwich is good but it's got that funny, aftertaste while eating it. The bread and grease of the ingredients don't quite go together after you've had it a lot. The first several times I ate it was fine, but after I ate it a lot, it stands out. They need to put some type of ingredient like a light sauce, that's really good, to cover it. Corporate is horrible because they're the ones making this menu. They don't have a chef who is high-class. They've got some lower quality recommendation staff. And the executives can't clean it up because they don't know what they're doing. That's really messing it up. It's not all Panera Bread's fault. It's also the U.S. culture we live in. A very chaotic country that is ruined by regulations, bad leadership, and irresponsible employees. The corruption of this country is to blame because they have messed up everybody mentally and physically. This is why our culture including eateries are horrible. There's a lot of bad customer service and product. The U.S. is not in the top 10 cuisines for American, Hispanic, & Asian foods. The U.S. is 80% obese. Our life expectancy is low because of the food and corruption.

Awesome sandwiches. I love the Mac & cheese! But $32.00, 2 people for lunch?

The general atmosphere of all Panera bread is starting to degrade, but the food is still decent, at some locations you’ll find actual fresh food, at 80% of the Panera bread locations you will not find fresh food, due to the CEO of the company switching up how food is handled at Panera bread, they are starting to order pre-prepared items in their menu list, and several Panera locations have closed… hopefully Panera goes back to fresh food and true real customer satisfaction by keeping their locations open and available to the public instead of shrimping out just because of low funds.

Always fresh & tasty. I love to get loaves of bread to go. 4 stars because they are overpriced for small sandwiches & salads. I don't visit much for that reason
