Again we stopped after 3 dr. appointments had soup and a sandwich got a sweet roll for later on. We were where this was relaxing 1.30 meal . Very tasty we always enjoy the plus 2 mix or match soup, salad or sandwich .👍🏼

Walked in and ordering had to be done on the kiosk. Ordering was simple but only way to get a receipt was to enter email. Ordered a couple of food items and drinks not drinking glasses available so you had to wait until your order was ready to get a drink. Pager never buzzed but wife happen to see our order sitting at the window when she was walking to the restroom. Her bagel was not toasted and the cinnamon roll I had was cool to touch and looked as if was certainly didn’t look like a fresh baked. Customer service was a zero but I guess self-serve is the goal as we watched one individual walk in, fill his cup with soda and walk right back out.

I ordered takeout and it was already cold, I didn't like it. They should have had the takeout prepared a few minutes before the pick-up time. I placed the order for an hour and before the scheduled time they had already notified me that it was ready. Of course they were upset because if you set a time it's for before then you can't go look for it. It's obvious I have never bought here again. They had even forgotten that they existed.

I got the pick 2 chipotle chicken avocado melt with tomato soup the image speaks for itself on the quality of the produce that they choose to serve to costumers and as well as the quantities because my soup was 1/3 of the way full

I always enjoy your baguette but I find it very unsanitary when you put it in the bag with every other item I have ordered and it is not protected from all of the containers that have been handled by everyone else in the kitchen. I ask every time that it be put in a separate bag and my request is rarely honored. That extra request would make me very happy. Thank you!

They got my order wrong, then gave me a sandwich with rock hard bread which turned out was stale. Apparently they bring bread in frozen instead of making it fresh. Will never return. First impression was the worst.
