DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Wish there was a -20 star. Josh was the worst server I’ve had in a long time. He lied to me about a kids menu item so I was charged for more than what I thought I was getting. He gave me the check immediately after setting our food down then only checked on us once. When we were done eating I glanced at the check and that’s when I noticed the charge for an adult waffle meal when my original question was for a kids waffle. I then waited for over 30 minutes before going to get management so I could order desert that my son wanted. When management got there I ordered the desert and mentioned the bill issue but even management admitted that there is no waffle on the kids menu then proceeded to just leave. Proceeded to check out shortly after and when asked if everything was ok I said no and that I WILL NOT be returning the gentleman offered for me to speak with management whom was standing right there and heard everything I had said but chose to remain silent. At this point I was so irritated I just told the gentleman to ring me up because I don’t have 6 months to wait on them. I paid and the receipt wasn’t readable so I asked for a new one and then management decided to step in and help, but still said NOTHING to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I was traveling with a group of college students over spring break, and we decided to stop at Perkins for cheesecake shortly before closing after a long day. We knew we were there late, so all the students were quick to order and pay so we could get out.Kylie served us that night and not only was incredibly polite and attentive, she went above and beyond. She didn’t make us feel like a burden for being there late, she took a picture of our group, and she even helped us problem solve our order when we couldn’t order a full cheesecake because they were frozen. She made our night, and she told us we made hers. Just wanted to pass along this positive experience as too often negative ones get pushed to the front.
